The staff was friendly and polite. I ordered the ham and cheese cachito, and oh my goodness... it instantly took me back to the ones I used to eat as a kid in school in Venezuela. The size was perfect, the flavor was spot on, and even though it was a little greasy, it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is nothing fancy, just a normal bakery vibe, but I didn't care. The cachito was that good. I didn't try anything else, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but for the cachitos alone, I'd happily drive from Miami Lakes all the way to Kendall again. That being said, it took 24 minutes to get our food which I think is a bit excessive for this environment. There was only one girl working when we were there and lots of people. Also, the bill for all that (plus an apple juice) was $53 and change including tip! (I paid that same amount recently at a cute sit down restaurant where the meal was big enough to have plenty of leftovers). The ambiance had a clean, minimalist aesthetic with pretty decor pieces. It was very quiet too... about halfway through my visit, they turned on some music, but it was still a quiet, calm environment with the music.
