Chocolate waffle

This was in a spot that was almost easy to miss! Thankfully my mom also keeps an eye out on gluten free finds and caught it. She went in with me, as she speaks French and I just learned phrases around eating gluten free. I ordered 2 waffles and they are made in front of you to order. The wait was around 5-7 minutes but oh so worth it. After watching my family eating croque monsieur the whole trip, getting my own on a waffle stick was almost a dream come true. These are some of the best waffles I've ever had, and the variety was out of this world. If you find yourself with the ability to come here please do. It will not disappoint

We went to the other location first,( Place Louis-Armand, Hall 3, Gare de Lyon, 75571 Paris) located within the station and the delivery truck hadn't brought the gentlemen any supplies for the food yet. He was extremely kind by the way, spoke English! We didn't catch his name. So we flipped over to other location. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for no welcoming. We did just walked in six minutes after they opened so they were still preparing the store for opening. Once they finished we placed our order, English was not spoken but we were able to communicate. My husband ordered the Thai waffle and I the chocolate and hazelnut. The waffles were pre-cooked so it was ready in no time. I couldn't determine the temperature of the waffle due to the delicious chocolate covering it so I didn't care if it was warm or not. (Floppy) My husband's waffle came out steaming, I took a bite and was slightly jealous that I didn't get that, but chocolate always wins. He liked the fact that you paid up front versus eating, then coming back to pay, which we found is most common in France. Overall great facility with optional indoor and outdoor seating and delicious waffles. We would eat here again! Thanks for having us! :)

This place has tons of gluten free options and all taste really good ! Super small inside so you might not be able to find a seat. Our waffle took forever! Actually, I think they forgot about our order. Either way, the waffle was really good ; the chocolate filling was really good .

My daughter who has celiac disease said she could eat 50 more of their waffles! Definitely a go to place for those with celiac in Paris for breakfast or brunch.

This place was delicious and as a celiac I don't even remember the last time I had a good waffle! I wish these would come to California!

I don't care about gluten free stuff but these were damn good waffles. The key lime pie waffle was amazing and literally tasted like a pie!!!

My husband and I visited Paris for our honeymoon. After spending a day on the Hop on Hop off bus, we wanted a snack. We were not disappointed to come across Yummy and Guiltfree! We had their plain powdered sugar waffle and it was delicious! It is hard to find gluten free/dairy free food in Paris so this experience was just a delight. They also have an English menu for those of us who don't read too well in French! Worth another trip.

Chocolate hazelnut and vanilla with some hot tea! Yummy!

Delicious gluten-free waffles on a stick! This place was hard to find because they recently moved down the street, and yelp had the wrong address, but totally worth the walk! They only sell waffles, so it's a great place if you want a snack. They have sweet or savory options to add to your waffles. We added chocolate hazelnut and vanilla sauce and they were both delicious!! The place is clean and has seating inside. It's a cute idea, so it's a fun place to visit while in Paris.

Nice little snack break while shopping in the Marais, but I think 5€ is a bit much for a simple waffle. I had the lemon one, it was delicious (for gluten free!) and served in a cute/kitsch manner. Overall, pourquoi pas if you're shopping at BHV? But I don't feel the need to return.

Great little place for a quick bite for those of us who can't eat gluten. It was tasty and felt like enough food for a quick lunch.

You can order a sweet or savory waffle, from the jam I ordered to what sounded a lot like a salad waffle.

Pierre Hermé If you…read moreknow Pierre Hermé from social media and all the viral videos, then this review needs no introduction. But if you haven't, this is a strong contender for worthy macarons in Paris and at a convenient location across the street from Ladurée. Located inside L'Occitane in the most gorgeous floor space ever, you will find Pierre Hermé at the center of it all. They have an impressive array of flavors that were much more unique than other patisseries. I definitely asked for a few recommendations as well since I tend to order the same thing (pistachio, raspberry, lemon, etc.) The workers were very kind. They indulged my request to converse in French and corrected me in a respectful and endearing way (I know some people get upset at this idea but I personally prefer it.) I had ordered a dozen macarons but truthfully would've ordered the entire lot if I wasn't alone and especially if I wasn't already taking a ton of sweets back for my flight home. I am a Ladurée purist and what I can say is that Pierre Hermé definitely had the best and most unique flavors compared to the two. The prices are fairly comparable and the coffrets are just as tasteful. Both are strong contenders and worthy of your money. I certainly will be returning and look forward to trying the rest of their selection. (15/50--2025)

Okay okay...I know Pierre Hermé is a super touristy macaron shop, and the Pierre Hermé on Champs…read moreElysée is probably the MOST touristy you can get, but I can't help but give this place five stars. Pierre Hermé is home to some of the best macarons I've had in my life -- which is probably too many for the good of my health -- and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the macarons, the staff's attention to detail, and all the unique flavors this shop had to offer. As a popular macaron shop in one of the hottest tourist destinations in Paris, this location is undeniably crowded. There's usually a huge line circling around a central display of macaron after macaron. The line looks pretty intimidating, but it moves quite quickly, and there are so many flavors that it'll probably be helpful to have a bit of extra time to review the menu. My friend and I split a pack of four macarons, including their seasonal isapahan (rose, lychee, raspberry), infiniment praliné pistache, and a jardin de cassandre (red currant, rhubarb). The macarons were delightful. I loved the two seasonal items; they were delightfully fruity and slightly floral, and I loved the slightly tangy flavor from the raspberry in the isapahan and rhubarb / currants in the jardin de cassandre. The praliné pistache was nice and nutty, and the inner cream offered a great additional richness. It's usually super crowded so seating tends to be quite limited. My friend and I ended up taking our macarons to go and enjoyed them elsewhere as we toured Champs Elysée.
