The phone rang several times while I was waiting, so they may have been a little short-staffed that evening. The restaurant itself is really well decorated. Great lighting, good music, and a modern vibe make it a place that I'd definitely consider dining in next time. At $60 for three entrees, this is definitely on the more expensive side for an Asian restaurant. But I will say, the food was well worth both the wait and the extra cost. I had the Fried Rice with Pork, and the pork had fantastic flavor. There was also a generous amount of meat, which I always appreciate with fried rice. My daughter had the Chicken Teriyaki, and she loved it, which is saying something because she isn't always the easiest person to please! My wife enjoyed the Bulgogi Beef, although she did wish there had been a little more sauce. I will also add that each entree was an ample portion and everyone had a little left over. All in all, despite the longer-than-expected wait and higher price point, the quality of the food and the excellent service made it worthwhile. This might actually become our new favorite spot for quality asian food.

I had been wanting to try this place since they opened, and thankfully the family was onboard with trying somewhere new. The outside of the building is nothing special, but you can't always judge a book by its cover. As we entered, we were warmly greeted by multiple staff members and seated right away. We ordered the miso soup, teriyaki chicken, bulgogi beef, and dumpling sampler. We all sampled each other's dishes, and everyone loved the food. Everything was very flavorful with just the right balance of portions and ingredients. The service was excellent. Our drinks were constantly refilled, and we never went thirsty. The building is definitely older, and where this showed most was in the bathrooms. They could use a fresh coat of paint and a few updates. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back.

Sushi including the sashimi plates are 50% Food: Dragon Roll: The roll was a nice size so that it could be eaten in 1 bite. Mini Sashimi Plate: The fish was fairly fresh tasting. This was included in the 50% off. Sesame Scallion Noodles: The noodles have a savory sesame scallion sauce coating it. It is very savory but also has a very heavy sesame flavor to it. Shrimp Fried Rice: They used short grain rice for the fried rice. It does have the wok char taste, but it is very oily (probably because they need more oil to prevent this type of rice from sticking together). There are nuts in it. Pan Fried Chicken Buns: This was the highlight of the dinner. These buns are handmade at the store and have a juicy chicken filling. Service: 5 Our waitress was super nice, but there was a little trouble in ordering due to the language barrier. Most of the food didn't take too long to come out besides the pan fried buns. Ambiance: 4 The restaurant is located in a quiet plaza. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant itself has a lot of booths and is fairly clean.

It wasn't busy when we arrived, and you ring a bell at the counter for service. The attendant was multitasking and very quick with the interaction, so the service felt a little impersonal and slightly dismissive, but she was never rude. The food, however, was phenomenal. The noodles were incredibly flavorful and perfectly prepared. The ramen was also very tasty, although the portion was slightly smaller than what I've had at other ramen restaurants. Prices were a little on the higher side, but the quality was definitely there. Overall, the food made the visit worthwhile, and I'd absolutely come back for the noodles.

The food was promised in 8 to 10 minutes and was ready easily in that time. I ordered Crab Rangoon, a favorite of my wife, and pork fried noodles. The Crab Rangoon is some of the best in Albuquerque. I could actually taste the crab. Most I've had here just taste of cream cheese, so whatever they do at YNH, they should continue! The pork fried noodles, on the other hand, were nothing special. The dish tasted of Chinese Five Spice which includes clove and is not a favorite flavor for me. My wife didn't mind so much, so this is certainly a personal issue. Add a star if you are ok with the seasoning. We will certainly be back for the Rangoon and to try other menu options.

They will say it was a very long week, but I was patient because the dining room was absolutely packed and it was only three people working in the whole place. Now I'm going to try to be fair here because a lot of the food that I saw on the tables throughout the dining room that people had ordered looked pretty darn good. So I was hopeful.. maybe too helpful.... I ordered the homemade wonton soup which was overdone and mushy and also an egg drop soup, which was not like any other I ever had.. I ordered potstickers which were unlike any I've ever seen before like a mini dumpling that were very thin. We had also gotten an order of fried rice and scallion pancakes. The fried rice was OK but had a burnt taste to it and the scallion pancakes were fair not good. We ordered the crispy egg rolls, which were actually decent.. and lastly, we ordered the crab Rangoon cheese wontons and again terrible. I will say they were doing the best they could. They were polite and service seems to be pretty good for what they were dealing with. At the same time, the atmosphere in the whole place was pretty upbeat, considering the fact that they were struggling.. I actually can't give it better than a two today but will go back and have a meal at the restaurant and order different items to see if we have a better outcome as I don't wanna just dismiss them after this one off visit.

This one server guy serves as the host, server, busser, cashier, person answering the phones and tending the to-go orders, etc. Half the time, he's in the back getting stuff, so the dining room has no employees available. Long wait times for everything. Also, the air conditioner was still broken. They had a fan in a corner of the dining room, but basically it was a sauna in there. Couldn't enjoy anything. This place needs to invest in itself in order to survive. Invest in hiring at least 1 more server and 1 person to man the phones and to-go orders and seat people. Invest in fixing the air conditioner. Anyway, the food was okay, piping hot temperature that I like. The 1 waiter guy was super nice but super stressed. He did not have time to write down our order; he tried to memorize it. So, one appetizer was missing.
