The ratio of rice to chicken was kinda crazy. Too much rice, not enough chicken. I can appreciate the crispness of the chicken cutlet, but it was a lot more crunch than meat. I was craving pho and decided to give Saigon Bento a try. It's a little confusing because there's a Saigon restaurant and then there's this place, Saigon Bento. There's also a Saigon Bento #2. Apparently Saigon restaurant has been around for forever and is highly recommended, but was much farther, so I decided to come here instead. I honestly just like the meatballs in my pho and they were able to accommodate just this instead of their other preset dishes. It was good and packaged well for takeout! It was ready super quickly!
