Went here to get some donuts for my kids and they have a lot of variety. Love the little mini donuts and my kids love the blue sprinkle cake donut. I wish the employees were a little friendlier, they are always working in the back or making more donuts but they helped me quickly. I like that they take credit cards without any additional charge, so that is great. read more

Solid choice for late night donuts. Always making fresh donuts and even gave me a couple extra for no charge. Staff is very friendly and coffee is yummy. Good prices and location is kept clean for an older location. Would like to try some of the other food items and bagels sometime. Thanks yum yum for your awesome hours for us night owls. Don't forget the milk. read more

Best donuts ever, shoutout to Lucero for the great customer service. She was very kind and helpful

Lucero is very nice would definitely come again amazing donuts the best donuts I have ever tasted in my life !!! - from Kevin

Basic donut shop which isn't the issue. I know what I'm getting in that regard. Not allowing customers to use the bathroom is ridiculous. You're a place that sales food that you eat with your hands and I can't go wash them. I asked about it and was offered hand sanitizer. Obviously the clerk doesn't know how to wash hands which is also concerning. read more

What's so hard about trying to accommodate donut request. I asked for all glaze and sugar and 2 random donuts. They gave me 1 glaze, 1 sugar and 4 randoms. They never ATTEMPT to get this right. Will order from another donut spot next time using DoorDash. read more

So I ordered the cold turkey sandwich on an everything bagel with an iced tea. I was told they don't have ice tea. So I said do you have tea bags , he said yes. I said ok I'll take it hot and make it iced tea myself. He handed me the hot tea filled to the top when I asked for an extra cup he gave me a cup that was about 4oz then told me they don't have everything bagels either, then came to see if I put a tip in the bucket on my $15 plus ordered that they had nothing for. Great. read more

My kids love this donut shop. I love that it's open 24 hours! They always seem pretty busy, though...there's always customers!

Avoid this place unless you're fond of bugs, crappy attitude and no restrooms for customers to wash their hands. Don't worry. I reported the violations to the health department and forwarded the photos. read more

Good selection and better quality and consistency then many other donut shops I've been to

What can I say about YUM YUM DONUTS? Hmmmm let me see here, their donuts and muffins and drinks sandwiches are really really good! The service is EXCELLENT, the workers are really nice, and the inside and out your ATYPICAL donut palace. The donuts are yummy nice and soft, and some crunchy depending on what you are ordering. Dine In, to go, take out, etc. The place is a chill vibes to. The only suggestion would be to have restrooms in their stores. Would make it much better for the customers also. The only drawback I see. They accept cash, credit, debit, some apple pay and paypal etc. DOUBLE check each location as they try to keep the same across the board, areas stores may vary. Overall, I would say its a YUM YUM experience everytime I stop by for something. I am rating this 1 out of 10 I Give YUM YUM an 8 and so for next time STAY HUNGRY its DONUTIME!!! read more

Solid old time donuts and coffee. What more could you want in a Sunday morning. Appreciate this place! read more

This place is a joke. 3 girls working behind the counter and only one person in front of me and I stood there for 15 minutes with zero help. The girls just kept walking around and not helping anyone. It wasn't busy and nobody was waiting for their food so there's zero reason why they shouldn't be addressing the customers. One girl finally helped the person in front of me, then she didn't know how to ring them up properly. I ended up walking out. Avoid this place. read more

Tiny little croissant ham and cheese sandwich. Buy local. Too overpriced here and Shrinkflation

I went to this place and ordered a Bacon Avocado melt as you can see this Cecilia person made it & her hair was in my food . I called her when I got to work & she was the person who answered the phone & she was acting dumb like she couldn't hear me, she heard me & I told her your hair was in my food & she was still acting like she couldn't hear me on the phone. She heard me, this is so Nasty & disgusting that I threw up just having her hair in my food. Well here this I will be Reporting this & she will hear that, I will never come back to this place again in my life. read more

Two stars cause their donuts were good but missing three stars cause their service is terrible.

My grandma 71 year old locked her keys in the car in their parking lot, when asked to borrow a phone and they told her they didn't have one. It is 9 o'clock at night and pitch Black. How horrible of a person are you to refuse an elder of help when they're in a situation like that. Working in customer service myself I would definitely not support this establishment anymore, the people they have working for them, are a shit stain on this earth. read more

Yum Yum Donuts will always remind me of my teen years when my parents would wake up bright and early at 6am and made ALL OF US go buy coffee and bagels as a family. This location in particular is an average Yum Yum location. They had a fully stocked donut display case, a long line of people, and frantic employees trying to fulfill orders. The associate that helped us was a bit flustered when she heard we needed 5 bagels but ultimately she got them done and got us our drinks as quickly as she could. My go to order is a caramel iced coffee, a hot turkey bacon avocado bagel with a glazed donut on the side. Talk about nostalgia. Haven't been able to do that in so long. The bagel I got this time around was exactly what I expected. It's pretty copy and paste in each location so I don't expect too too much. I like stopping by whenever I'm down south visiting family. Such a yummy breakfast treat. read more

This place is a joke. His is like the third time they get my order wrong or mess uo in some way. They never get the order right. Ordered a turkey avocado and had to repeat myself like 5 times. Not only did they not get the sandwich right, they gave a BLT, the bagel was burnt as hell and super hard, tasted disgusting couldnt even take a bit out of the sandwich because of how hard it was. I don't understand how they can burn a bagel, and their thought process was to still continue to use it and make the sandwich. I ordered a pink donut with sprinkles. They gave a donut with no sprinkles. Got my coffee wrong as well. This place a joke. Absolutely do not recommend it. Waste of money. read more

The donuts were so soft and delicious. Service was professional and friendly. The only downside is in a small plaza, a little hard to find. The sign is not bright enough! read more

Visited at 5:30am. All the donuts on display look old. They have a dull look to them and the glaze is cracking. This is what happens to old donuts as they dry out. I asked if they were fresh. Girl says yes, "made just a few hours ago". I point out that the glaze is cracking. She says that's probably because of the way they were made. NOT!! I should have read the reviews first. read more

I thought I was picking up some fresh donuts that I'd start on today and finish up tomorrow. It was around 4:00 in the afternoon but the sign on the door said fresh 24/7 so I gave it a shot. The donuts looked outstanding but I didn't want to make a pig out of myself so I opted for a half dozen. I bought three fancy ones and three pretty regular and headed to my car. I decided not to wait until I got home and opened the box and grabbed a random donut. I'm so glad I bit into it before I got too far from the donut shop because it was stale as all get out! The clerk refunded my money without question and suggested that the donuts are at their peak freshness at more like 4:00 AM so I'll try again when I'm up at that hour and in the mood for what looks like pretty good donuts. read more

I went to look to buy donuts thinking the donuts at 5:00 will not be freshly made. To my surprise I stopped here and the case was full of a variety of donuts. We purchase bagel sandwiches here all the time. Tonight my wife went in and ordered two veggie sandwiches on everything bagels. The young girl rang up the order and had my wife pay her, and then told her they were out of everything bagels. My wife picked at least two other bagels and was told no because they were extra. She was give a choice of onion or Jalapeño. I think because they were old and she wanted to get rid of them. They were very dry, chewy & stale. The sandwiches had very little veggies on them as well; they were by far the worst and thinnest sandwiches we have ever eaten. Peanut butter and jelly would have been better. We will not be going back which is a shame because they use to be very good, but for $17.00 dollars ,it was a total rip off. We suggest that you go to Subway. Keith C. read more

I have loved this place. All throughout the pandemic you would catch me buying breakfast bagels here. Today that ends. I took my daughters to eat breakfast bagels after church after changing our mind on going to Starbucks. I'm not exaggerating, we were there from 10:40 to 11:30 for 3 bagels. I get it, it was busy, but 1hr? That wasn't even the issue, the real issue was that I watched the young lady drop the plastic tray they use to cook the egg on the floor. Pick it up and reuse it, right in front of me! I could have made a big scene, but just decided there that I would not be coming back. Cleanliness is a big deal. We are in times where every place is charging extra because of COVID cleaning. The least I can get should be a clean sandwich. The staffing was all teenagers that day. Before I witnessed this even, I saw another lady complaining about something. So, it wasn't just me. read more

Visited this shop this afternoon, today, 12/31/2020 with my Granddaughter, to treat her to a donut and a ice blended drink. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone, but to be rude and non friendly to customers who are supporting your business is over the top. The gal at the counter was useless at best. Dirty equipment, the blender, ladle, counterstops, on top of serving us old donuts...almost thirty years in Norco, I will never support this place again. ZERO STARS Where is the health department? read more

Beware the employees wear masks on their chins (not covering any part of their face what so ever) while cooking/ handling your food, but are quick to tell you to leave when you walk in without one due to a medical condition.
