Love the outside patio space and the fact that it's on the beltline and so convenient while there. Sushi is they have some great rolls on the menu. My favorite is spicy with crab and Wagyu and garlic. Great nigiri too. Outside menu is limited but if it had more options, especially for drinks and nigiri it would be next level!

Delicious Japanese restaurant with fresh sushi and artistic interior restaurant! Be prepared to spend $$$$ for this fine dining spot and be sure to check out the restroom, which has fresh flowers and mood lighting. The outdoor seating area is quite nice as well. Service was really good, though it took much longer than I anticipated for the sushi and sashimi to come out.

Gorgeoussssss! I had my monthly girls' night out at Yuji, and I'm so glad we voted on this spot. I've passed it on the Beltline way too many times. It's in a very walkable area if you happen to be day-chilling on the Beltline, so parking is truly up to you. BUT if you're coming specifically for Yuji, there's a paid parking deck right next door with decent pricing (if memory serves, the first 2 hours are free, then maybe $10 after?). And if you get lucky, there's street parking! A friend and I arrived a little earlier than our group and sat at the bar for our first drink. The decor is so soft and modern, and the plush bar seats were definitely a plus. The cocktail menu was very balanced in my opinion, with something for everyone. If you have a specific taste, definitely talk to the bartender or server for guidance before ordering. I believe I had a cocktail called Smoking Jacket that was delicious! We were seated promptly at our reservation time and had a great time. I'll need to go back to try the rolls because I was too caught up in the miso soup with crab meat, the baked lobster tempura, and the fatty salmon sashimi. The only thing I would say is that service dragged near the end when we had to wait a while before receiving our checks. Everyone had been done for a while, but I also understand that restaurants have pops of business and volume, so it wasn't a big deal. Still one of my favorite sushi experiences this year!

Yuji is the most amazing sushi spot on the Atlanta beltline!! Its both gorgeous and moody. The food is perfect and the cocktails are creative. The hand rolls aren't pictured here but I also love those. The Otoro tuna is INSANE. If there's anything you have to try on the menu it's that!! It melts in your mouth. Parking isn't validated, but you might be able to find street parking in the area. Right in the middle of everything on the Beltline, which makes it a perfect stop. Get a reservation!

Absolutely loved this place. Coming back from Japan a few months ago I've been looking for a comparable sushi/sashimi place, this is it. Cocktails were amazing. Vibe was right. Service was great. Got the wagu roll to start.. very good. Did the sashimi tasting with my guest, one tuna, one salmon.. best I've had maybe ever in the US.

Yuji is our new favorite fancy sushi. We also love that we can walk to it because it is on the beltline. The more people you go with and the more food you can try, which is what I recommend, because there are very few things I don't want to eat every time I come here. If you want to be outside and watch TV, you can enjoy sitting at the outdoor bar or on the patio and eating some sushi, too. Most days, I prefer dining inside because their decor and bar are so beautiful. They have an excellent cocktail menu, but I usually get the drink. It's like an old-fashioned because it comes in a cute old box with ice and the rest of your drink in a little flask, so that we can say cold. I've also had their espresso martini, and I'm sure a few other beverages from the menu. I've even had some sake. As for the food, you cannot go wrong. I have been here at least four times and have not had anything I wouldn't order immediately again. My favorite nigiri would be otoro, salmon, or scallop (disclaimer: I don't eat beef, so I wouldn't order it). For the appetizers, I would keep the Otoro and the salmon, then add the yellowtail as my favorite. My favorite rolls are the lobster roll, the salmon roll, the crispy spicy tuna or salmon box, the Yuji roll, and the Kyoto roll.

I made a reservation to try out this new spot right on the beltline! They have a huge bar outside where you can get drinks and some menu items. We arrived early so we had an espresso martini outside. At the time they were served in plastic cups and I kind of wish they were served in normal glasses but maybe it's because it is outside and they don't want to have broken glass. When we moved inside we ordered a few different rolls/nigiri. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The aesthetics of the restaurant was also very beautiful. I would stop by again if I were craving sushi! Full overview on my tiktok: @vivadanielle

    Tuna poke bowl

I've been eyeing this place for a while, and finally decided to try it out for lunch while strolling on the beltline with my sister. It was chilly outside, so we were hoping for it to be warm inside, but it was pretty chilly inside as well. We quickly realized that it must be cold due to making sure that the sushi grade fish they prepare at the sushi counter stays fresh and safe, so be aware of this just in case! We shared salmon crudo as an appetizer, and ordered the tuna poke bowl each. The salmon crudo was insanely fresh, but the flavor was just ok. The sauce didn't really do anything to enhance the flavor of the salmon like I'm used to. As for the tuna poke bowl, it was one of the best poke bowls we've ever had! The tuna was fresh, and all of the ingredients were super simple yet complemented the tuna. It honestly reminded us a bit of poke in Hawai'i due to its simple freshness!

Miso soup, the mushroom medley came later.
    Aleara L.

Yuji is gorgeous and in an ideal location on the Beltline. However, on Sunday night the service was extremely slow and the food lacked flavor. We ordered the mushroom medley and the tuna tartare along with miso soup. Additionally, we were swatting away gnats throughout our conversation and meal. The mocktail was delicious.

Great service and ambiance. Also the food is great. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in Atlanta.

    Tuna Tasting - Nigiri

First off the waiter caught on to my culinary interest and shared stories on the fish and how detailed they are with their rice. The food was exceptional. We did the Tuna Nagiri, fresh yellowtail, Yuji roll, crunchy crab roll. The cocktails were top notch I got a ginger mescal that he recommended and just a full end to end experience. 1000% coming back

We found street parking. There's a parking garage attached, but not sure if they validate parking. We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon our arrival. Our server was great, she had amazing recommendations. We did wait a little bit for our drinks but it was worth it! The Yuzu Ginger Smash had quite a unique taste to it, it grew on me the more sips that I took. I LOVED the Old Ward, it was very strong, but just amazing quality. I truly enjoyed every single bite. The appetizers were awesome. I loved the tempura breading, and the sauces were divine. The shishito peppers were SO GOOD. My Boyfriend said--don't go here if you're hungry, go if you want to be dazzled and delighted (lol). He said that the quality of the fish is extraordinary for Atlanta. He also said that the service is some of the best he has had in Atlanta, and I agree:) This was a really nice date night spot, with a great atmosphere.

Been seeing the buzz about this place. It happened that we are celebrating a friend's birthday here and was really looking forward to it. The space is modern and beautiful, right on the beltline. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Since it was group of us (12 total), we were seated inside. Forgot our server's name but she was fine. She took our drink orders but not sure what order of direction she was going but she skipped me at first and I was sitting in the middle. I thought she purposely avoided me until I just stared at her to take my order. I ordered the Sakura spritz and it was super refreshing on a hot day. Thought the blue pea flower tea ice cubes was really clever! We then placed our food order, and undeniably, food here is good. Is it the best sushi in ATL? Nope but it was really good and fresh. I ordered the calamari kaarage (perfectly fried but they used panko and it was too heavy - couldn't eat more than 2 pieces), uni hand roll (whopping $32 just because it's uni. It was delicious though and you get quite a decent amount) and the negitoro maki (served with 6 pieces, it was okay and nothing memorable about it. Unfortunately, this place only gets 3 stars for me because of their service. It was a real bummer since the birthday girl got her sushi roll last. It wasn't a special roll either - quite literally 2 other people had ordered it but for some reason she didn't get hers at the same time as everyone else did. They did offer a free birthday dessert. In addition, it was warm in that restaurant. I was told their AC was broken so it was warm. I would not recommend this restaurant for big groups, definitely more of a date night kind of place.

They hold a jazz night every Tuesday with live music for a nice chill, yet fun, vibe. Just a warning, the space inside is pretty small--typically there's optional seating outside, but it's really chilly at the moment (although they have heaters)--but there's more seating downstairs in The Victorian Atlanta plant shop. I didn't realize that the two were connected! FYI, if you sit downstairs, you'll be seated next to where the live music performers will be playing, so it will be louder there. As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur. It also had some absinthe, which I was worried about when I first ordered it since I hate the taste of it (not a big fan of black licorice flavors), but I didn't taste it at all! The panorama of all three of Atlanta's skyscraper centers is clearly visible, along with the historical architecture of Ponce City Market. Hostess started with some type of unposted dress coded nonsense because my son was in a hoodie (which he agreed to remove) before we were granted access. Arrive inside and it's standing room only at the bar - all seating areas are clearly designed for large groups and they're all occupied, as were the handful of actual seats at the bar. Proceed to order numerous dishes from the menu to-go. Bar tenders, in fairness, were very pleasant btw. Nowhere to wait except standing there like idiots until bartender says we can sit in a reserved section for a bit. Nasty waitress comes by soon after to usher us away, despite conflicting instructions from the bar. Anyway, insult to injury when it appears I've been charged a service charge and a gratuity charge and the dishes were small and mostly not great. The wings were ok, but the grilled cheese was gross, the flatbread was minuscule, the cheese plate was meh. Overall, between the mostly rude to indifferent staff attitude, lack of seating, and poor quality of food this place deserves a pass. ,

The food and drink were solid, and service was excellent. I recommend this place. For details, keep reading. This restaurant opened in October 2015 and has been listed in the Atlanta Michelin Guide since its inaugural edition in 2023. Since the restaurant's opening over 10 years ago, it's become a popular favorite among our friends and acquaintances. We've heard it's also a favorite among food service industry workers in Atlanta. Ticonderoga Club is located inside Krog Street Market. You can enter the restaurant from inside or outside the building. Paid parking is available on site or you can street park for free in the residential area just east of the market. This area of Inman Park and Old Fourth Ward has gotten busier over the past decade; luckily, Dixie Ave NE still hasn't let me down. This is a hip, casual restaurant and bar that describes itself as "a modern American tavern." The bar is known for its cocktails and the cuisine is a mishmash of global influences, as you'll kind of see below. Here's what we had: BEVERAGE Non-Alcoholic * Saline Sibling ($8) - Ginger, lime, hibiscus, tonic, salt * The Ticonderoga Cup ($16) - aged rum, cognac, cream sherry, pineapple, lemon, mint Signature * Nerve Pill ($16) - London dry gin, blanc vermouth, fino sherry, olive DINNER Apps * Green Salad ($12) - local lettuces, radish, shaved Parm, toasted pepitas, sherry-Dijon vinaigrette, herbs * Veal Sweetbreads ($20) - spiced yogurt, rhubarb chutney, crispy shallot, TC masala Mains * Poh's Eggplant ($28) - jasmine rice, Thai basil, mint, Thai chilis, toasted coconut, Bali sauce * Tavern Chicken ($36) - butternut risotto, citrus brown butter, spiced walnuts Table Sides * Roasted Fall Squash ($10) - pepitas, feta, herbs * Wok Veg ($10) - "Any season - Any reason - Wok hei" - edamame Dessert * Key Lime-Fromage Blanc Tart ($12) - sweetened cream, toasted coconut, lime salt In general, everything was delicious. My wife really liked her non-alcoholic Saline Sibling. She said it was refreshing. I liked both of the cocktails that I got. The cognac flavor/scent was strong in the Ticonderoga Cup. The standout dish was the Veal Sweetbreads. Five stars. The Green Salad was also quite good (we love salads). I liked Poh's Eggplant more than my wife whereas she liked the Wok Veg (edamame) more than me. I thought the edamame was too salty. Same for the Key Lime-Fromage Blanc Tart, but to a lesser extent. I gobbled up the Tavern Chicken and Roasted Fall Squash. Dishes like Poh's Eggplant and Tavern Chicken are apparently mainstays on a menu that changes daily. If I recall correctly, the Tavern Chicken is a dish that recently returned to the menu. Everything was presented beautifully. I like the skull-theming, decor, and details here. It's fun and different. Erin K was our server. She was terrific. Friendly and attentive. I used Resy to book our reservation and inKind to pay. Ticonderoga Club is eligible for American Express Global Dining Access benefits and Amex Platinum $100 in statement credits per quarter. I found out about inKind on the restaurant's website. I got $30 off since the visit was $100 or more. I also earned $32.58 in "inKind cash back" to spend at eligible restaurants. inKind reminds me of Seated.
