I found her approach of soft question and feedback very helpful. She found knots and tightness that I didn't know I had. I walked out feeling so much better than when I sent in. She and the environment were open, friendly and comfortable, and she did a fantastic job addressing each of the muscle groups we talked about. Strong hands. Great personality. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat, and will definitely set up another appointment with her the next time I feel the need.

I went in with some serious knots and tension in my upper back and neck, and walked out an hour later feeling like Gumby after a long soak in a jacuzzi; in other words, her magical hands turned my built-up stress into soft clay. My wife, a pelvic floor physical therapist who is board-certified in women's health and is also a licensed massage therapist, has gone for several massages with both Carmela and Robin (regular and pre-natal massages), and has nothing but the highest praise for both of them.

On 12/2, I texted to confirm an hour before and she said that time didn't work. We rescheduled to 12/6 and I texted her when I arrived. She responded that she had already gone home for the day. Unfortunately I have been experiencing significant neck pain and was really looking forward to getting some relief. I also rearranged my schedule to make these appointments work and both were cancelled with little or no notice. She is in the process of refunding my remaining sessions, but the experience has been a waste of time and energy. Wanted to post in case you are looking to give this place as a gift. You might be signing someone up for a big headache.

It's only been 7.5 hours since I left the establishment, and 3 pairs of lashes have already fallen off. They were at the end and corner of my right eye, closest to my ear. I ate lunch, watched tv, and then spoke with a friend on the phone, not even video. Wonder if the lashes will last more than a week. Will give updates as time progresses!

Amazing facial. I've been to quite a few places for facials, in all different cities, and this was…read moreone of the best experiences I've had. Susie was outstanding. She far exceeded my expectations. She knew I had an important wedding coming up, and therefore took extra time and attention to address an infected blemish I had in a prominent spot on my face; it was like a miracle. By the end of the facial, it was hardly visible. It continues to heal nicely. The facial was very lengthy, which I loved. I kept thinking, this must be the last treatment, but the luxury continued on and on. The spa is clean and tranquil. I appreciated that she wore a mask. Susie struck a wonderful balance of communicating when necessary during the treatment but also refrained from talking so much so that I could truly relax. It was clear from the get-go that she is very skilled and experienced. I will recommend this spa to everyone I know, and will definitely return for more facials. I would feel very confident trying other services the salon offers given my positive experience today. There were many lovely products offered for purchase, but Susie never tried to push anything on me. I highly recommend this spa. I am so glad I stumbled upon it online.

This place is interesting…read more I can't say I have left here disappointed. If you're looking for a well-appointed, modern, perfectly-decorated-to-the-nines type of place, this ain't it. If you are looking for a place to get some good body work done, well, this is the place. I have had a couple of Swedish massages here, and they were great. In fact, I'd say they were one of the better places in town for this. Now, let me tell you about the energy massage. I booked one not really knowing what it was, and it definitely was not anything like I was expecting. You have to have an open mind, because if you don't it will feel little more like someone waving their hands in front of your face to soothe your pains. I have to admit that I felt very relaxed after the massage, if not just as much as a standard hands-on massage, but it didn't cure all that ailed me. One of the things I love about this place is that I can book online, and usually get same-day appointments. Also, they have frequent Groupons and deals so you can get a good discount on a massage. So, I guess I could say this is a great place for getting a massage, and if you have an open mind, it could be even better.

I've had a couple of massages at this place, and as someone who gets two massages regularly a…read moremonth, this place is very mediocre. The first massage I had was okay, the pressure wasn't deep enough even though I asked for more pressure, but the overall experience was fine. The therapist was professional and punctual. The second massage I had there was a waste of money and time. The therapist looked like she didn't want to be there and even though I arrived a few minutes early, she sat at the front desk answering calls for the first five minutes of my 60-min massage. I only got 45 minutes of my allotted time and she spent way too much time on myofascial release. I didn't feel any more relaxed than when I came in. I got the feeling she didn't care about her job or her clients. The facilities are alright. It's a converted office building and it's very obvious that the rooms weren't renovated. The walls are thin, so you can hear everyone walking in the halls and talking. The windows are covered with dark brown drapes and there's random furniture in the rooms. However, the massage tables are okay and the rooms are kept nice and warm. The receptionist is really nice and saved this place from getting a 1-star review. She's very personable and always greets you with a smile. She's quick at getting clients checked in and out. Overall, pretty crappy. There a lot of massage places in Madison that are way better than this place.
