Hannah is different, I can actually feel benefits of her massage lasting a long time! I have struggled with tennis elbow and have had cortisone, chiropractic care, physical therapy, etc. PT helped it go away, but when it started to come back I had already had a massage scheduled. It's literally GONE!!! I'm a huge sceptic on Reiki/Chakras, etc. She gives a great massage, and I don't care what she's doing, it works! She's truly the Muscle Whisperer! Thanks Hannah!

I was looking for someone at the highest spiritual level and experience to help me. Boy, I am over the moon happy that I decided to work with Antojai. I have been dealing with numbness and tingling in my hands an feet for about 1 1/2 years. Intuitively, I felt that my fear and resistance to life starting with father wound plus lifelong issues created an unhealthy stress response. My inability to let go of past events was behind my health issues. We dealt with that today. Antojai spent 1 1/2 hours working with my subconscious and chakras. He identified issues and dark energies that I needed to release. He took the time until the issue was released. His style is amazing and wonderful. At one point, I reviewed all my memories forward and back several times. It was on of the best experiences that I have ever had. I am just scratching the surface of what actually happened. Thank you so much Antojai! Eric S

I live out of the country, but am from Michigan originally. I know many people can't understand…read morethe concept of having a colon cleanse, and if you are on the fence, this review is for you. And yes, some of this is TMI, but I am hoping to reach and help others. I recently had an intestinal health issue - my ileocecal valve was inflamed and not functioning properly. I don't always have access to organic foods where I live so I think the accumulation of pesticides, insecticides, and herbicides affected my normal function. I had pain and an overall feeling as if something was stuck. I tried supplements and changing some things in my diet, and those did help. But I knew I needed a colonic. Noone offers this service where I live, so I came to Michigan a couple weeks ago to visit family and booked a colonic with Michelle. First thing to mention is that Michelle offers the closed system - far superior to the open system, which I tried in California in 2012. The open system is like a continuos enema, which isn't bad, but the water and cleanse can't reach to the other side like it does with the closed. And that's exactly what I needed for my problem. Michelle does a way better job at explaining the differences between the two, but all I can say is - I will always go for the closed method. Second thing to mention is I ended up needing two treatments to get through all the sludge and blockages in my descending colon to access the ascending colon. I brought a friend with me (that's a good friend!) and she ended up purchasing a four pack. If I lived near someone that offered colonics, I would go yearly or maybe twice a year. I know people who go regularly and others who only go when they have an issue. When you think about it, it is kind of weird to think about getting your butt cleaned out, but - just don't think about that. Instead, think about all the money, doctor's visits, and pain you could save yourself by having this done. That's the way I look at it. About half-way through the second session the hard plaque-like blockage came out and I immediately felt relief. Now, my digestion is 100% and I am pain-free. There was no pill that I could have taken to cure my issue and it cost me 2 treatments of colon hydrotherapy and 2 hours of my life. If you are someone thinking about this, I encourage you to call Michelle and discuss your questions with her. I really believe in the healing and preventative benefits of this service.

I have gotten Reiki healings as needed for close to 10 years. Last year, I felt in need of a…read morecleanse and I'm so glad to have found Claire at ASHA. She has the gift. As she's working, I can feel energy shifting and I can get into a wonderful relaxed state of just being and not thinking. For someone who lives in their head all the time, it's a delightful feeling. You have the choice to have her say what's she's sensing or not but I love to hear what's she's sensing, as it's so accurate and to me, it helps me change to terms with my feelings or know what to focus on in the coming weeks. The best part is, after every cleanse, I feel lighter and more connected, even after some very heavy work that may bring up an array of emotions: when I leave, I feel like the sun is shining brighter and all my favorite songs are on the radio. And that feeling stays with me for several days to weeks after. The three session pack is a great deal for the amount of healing you get and it's very flexible: you could use these monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc depending on your needs. I'm putting Reiki healing with Claire up there with getting massages or seeing a chiropractor: go when you need it but also when you don't to prevent needing it.

It's rare to come across a space that truly honors the human experience--raw, imperfect,…read morebeautiful--and rarer still to find a guide who walks beside you with genuine presence and integrity. That has been my experience working with Donna over the past couple of years through Ascension School of Healing Arts. I didn't come into this work lightly. I was seeking something that would help me make sense of myself, my patterns, my wounds, and my potential. What I found was not just support, but a path: one that challenged me, held me accountable, and helped me remember my own strength. She helps you reclaim parts of yourself you didn't even know were missing. I've witnessed so many moments of transformation--not just in myself, but in others who have walked this path with me. There's no hierarchy in the space she creates. It's collaborative. Empowering. Human. She helps me understand my pain and transform it, understand it, integrate it, and move through it with intention. When I've brought ideas, projects, and personal milestones to her, I've felt celebrated, seen, and heard. She truly has a deep commitment to helping others rise in their own light.

We learned how to calm ourselves down and connect to the cool earth energy below us and then to the warm energy from above. It was very cool and relatively easy to do it and I actually feel both energies. We were then asked to connect to another person. This was awkward and I was not comfortable being so intimately connected with another person that was not my bride. Once we began, I have to admit that I was more concerned with doing the meditation right and not screwing it up for the person across from me than giving myself permission to receive the energy from this very sweet woman named Denise. Once I began to relax and gave myself permission to feel her energy, I could actually FEEL warm heart flowing across my chest and then around my neck and over my head. I could actually feel this other person's energy as warm heat on me! Amazing, really. Amazing. These people are very centered and kind."

Here is the crescendo: After a week, I still feel amazing and the differences in mindset are crystal clear. I will definitely be going back! Thanks Jerome. You just earned my business.
