She must have been in the middle of giving a massage. I asked for a gift certificate for my wife and I had to fill out everything but her signature. She didn't seem to speak very much English. Which wasn't that big of a deal. So my wife goes to get her massage and she calls me after, not even an hour after her appt start time, asking if it was a joke. She said the massage didn't last an hour. The lady kept leaving the room and at one point even took a personal call. She even climbed on my wife's back?!?! She guessed her hour long massage was probably only 25 minutes and NOT relaxing AT ALL!! At the end the lady demanding a tip and had to call a translator to request it. My wife being the angel she is, reluctantly gave a tip because she felt pressured to. I cannot believe I pissed away $60 for this pathetic massage! My wife didn't enjoy it and wasn't relaxed!
