I found her approach of soft question and feedback very helpful. She found knots and tightness that I didn't know I had. I walked out feeling so much better than when I sent in. She and the environment were open, friendly and comfortable, and she did a fantastic job addressing each of the muscle groups we talked about. Strong hands. Great personality. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat, and will definitely set up another appointment with her the next time I feel the need.

I went in with some serious knots and tension in my upper back and neck, and walked out an hour later feeling like Gumby after a long soak in a jacuzzi; in other words, her magical hands turned my built-up stress into soft clay. My wife, a pelvic floor physical therapist who is board-certified in women's health and is also a licensed massage therapist, has gone for several massages with both Carmela and Robin (regular and pre-natal massages), and has nothing but the highest praise for both of them.

He is intuitive with my aches and pains, and even fixed my jaw (THAT was amazing, by the way) after a very stressful peak season at work (I tend to grit my teeth when stressed). The infrared light keeps me warm and happy, and I love that he plays Ray LaMontagne for me during my sessions too. The bathrooms in this building are always immaculate. There's a large, mostly empty private lot in back (sometimes you can catch a glimpse of the F-15s taxiiing in and out at the airport behind it too!). 5 stars to my favorite relaxation spot. This place makes my week.

This is not my first time getting a massage, but this was the first place I've tried in Madison. After learning about Body Harmony on Groupon, I called for an appointment. I agree with the previous user that I was a little annoyed that their website was a bit out of date (no way to book online or send an email, and one of the numbers was out of service). But, I left a message for Todd and we eventually got in touch. He was very friendly and helpful in scheduling a last minute appointment, which I was deeply grateful for because I was having issues with tension headaches and shoulder pain, and I needed fast relief. My appointment ended up being with Rhea, and she was amazing!!! I told her right away about my neck and shoulder pain and tension headaches. She got right to it and was very good at communicating and asking me if she was applying the right amount of pressure. I like a lot of pressure, and Rhea applied a strong touch! She found my knots and pressure points right away, and dug in. I'm very happy and relaxed, definitely coming back!
