I especially love the variety of classes offered throughout the week. I love Amy's kundalini class. It's a treat to have kundalini classes available in Fitchburg. Katie's gentle yoga class is usually very balanced and perfect anytime of the day. Keith and Sean offer some awesome vinyasa classes to work up a great sweat. If power yoga is your speed, there's quite a few options to choose from also. I can go on and on about all of the instructors and how great they are... You'll have to go and see for yourself! The views over the prairie are really amazing and peaceful. The outdoor trail behind the building is really nice to stroll along before or after class. It's really nice when they open the doors on nice weather days to hear the birds outside. They offer mats and props to use for their classes. I like that there's a cafe to grab something to eat/drink before or after class. It's a vegan cafe with lots of options to fill you up. Sometimes, the classes fill up and I've been turned away multiple times. They do have an online class registration app that's handy to use. I suggest doing so to get a space in class.

It's also a nice change of pace to move around. A lot of different classes to choose from (slow, power, hot series, yin, 60 min, 75 min, 90 min) and all of the classes are open to beginners! Welcoming to all levels, and encourages collective growth. I love the cork flooring! It feels nice. Some classes are accompanied by music. The tempo of the music and cadence of the teacher's voice helps with balance. I've never been told I couldn't sign up for a class here due to max capacity. As someone with a semi-chaotic schedule, I really appreciate being able to check in with ease so far! Given the current situation, their doors have closed, but they've started up live streams on Zoom! They're fun! Has been so therapeutic to me! Ngl tears have been shed. But I hear that's due to the hip openers.
