Camille was extremely helpful with driving directions, including where I could park, and with options offered for getting multiple massages. The massage by Hannah was exceptional, as usual. I have been a client of hers for almost a year and a half, but she still brings new things to her treatment of my various problem areas. Hannah is extremely attentive, genuinely concerned that I am comfortable, that the pressure is right, and that she is helping with my problem areas throughout the session. I could not ask for a better massage therapist!

Camille was so pleasant through the whole process prior to the massage. Once I got there I was greeted by Kim. Kim truly cared about fixing my problems. I get tension headaches and drive a lot for work so she focused on reliving the pressure causing my headaches as well as my upper body muscles from driving. Kim even taught me different stretches that I can do to help stay ahead of "knotting up" while on the road. She is such a genuine person! Middleton is 2.5 hours from home for me but I will be making my schedule around going back to see Kim monthly. I left there feeling like I had known Camille and Kim forever!

Now she's in a new office and has convenient appointments available. The new location is very clean, well decorated, and perfect for a massage. I'm a sucker for a heated table, what can I say. Her quality? Fantastic. Very attentive to your needs, and responsive to requests. She does an absolute fantastic job on the trouble spots and does an overall excellent job. A couple of major pluses: Affordable rates that are below what seems to be the standard prices elsewhere. There is also online appointment booking, so no need to call, leave a message, be called back, and on and on. I've had a lot of massages by a lot of different people around town. Now that I've reconnected with Susan, this is where I'm going from now on.

I emailed the day before the massage to confirm and she said she forgot... Umm.... what? Ok, no big deal. Trying to reschedule for a day that worked for me (weekends) was another month away. She said she was booked and gave me very limited times that didn't work for my schedule. After saying that didn't work and trying to find a time that worked, she then became unresponsive and not returning my emails. I had to go back through Livingsocial to get a refund. I recommend staying away from this place.
