She's sick, the kid is sick, reaction to meds, kid out of the country, no sleep, cut her hand... the list goes on and this was all in a period of 3 1/2 months. No calls from her, just texts. You'd think if she were professional she'd pick up the phone but she took the cowards way out for canceling. Unprofessional to say the least. My former hairdresser I had for 19 years never canceled one appointment. Jennifer needs lessons in had to treat a client. She's not all that and glad I found a clean shop and professional hairdresser.
