YourBikerGang and Captain Morpheus were so much fun. The tour seemed to cover a lot of ground and multiple neighborhoods of Austin. Captain Morpheus kept things fun and informative the whole time. Riding the E-bikes was awesome. They go pretty fast but are very easy to handle. Captain Morpheus took us on a practice run and helped us keep different riding formations depending on the streets/environment so we always felt safe and confident. The tour also helped inform some of our plans during our three day trip as we went back to South Congress for some great shopping options on Monday. Thank you Yelp for posting the list of each state's top tour because that's what led me to this great experience. Recommend giving this a try for anyone in town for a few days looking for a fun way to see the city!
We LOVED our tour!! We had Morpheus (not 100% on the spelling) as our tour guide and he was great! He had great knowledge of the area and a great sense of humor! We loved the entire trip! The bikes were super easy to ride too! 10/10 would highly recommend as a way to see the city! We got great points on where to eat and see different things!
Captain Edge gave us a fantastic tour this morning! Perfect photos spots and interesting stories about Austin. Appreciate the taco and BBQ recommendations. It had been a very long time since I'd ridden a bike, but we got a run through and practiced riding around the block before starting. He took plenty of pictures for us. They also had a bunch of fun helmets to choose from. Their bikes have a convenient storage bucket for bags and a zip pouch at the handlebar for your phone. Each person also got a bottle of water. Street parking was plentiful on a Sunday morning. Great experience, would recommend!
did the Ebike tour around Austin and at first I was a little nervous riding these bikes but after a few minutes of practice I got the hang of it! Had such a good time and a lot of that was because of our amazing tour guide Joker. He played music while riding around town and provided us with interesting information about each location we visited. I felt safe and comfortable all while having a really enjoyable experience on Joker's tour. Absolutely recommend!
Super awesome e-bike tour, had a great time exploring Austin and saw some awesome sights. Never ridden an e-bike before but great instructions from our instructor! Had the best tour guide ever giving us great insight into the history of Austin! Shoutout to Captain Kid for keeping our biker gang safe!
So much fun and we did it in the pouring rain! Captain Morpheus did an amazing job providing us with information about Austin while giving us the best sight seeing tour you can get here in this city. If you like to ride e-bikes and get a good laugh, I highly recommend stopping by and becoming apart of the gang.
Austin is a sprawling metropolis. It is not a friendly city to explore when it comes to walking around. Go to Your Biker Gang to get a tour of the city in two hours. We recently had a corporate tour of the city. We had a tour by two people who put us at ease riding electric bicycles. The bicycles can be peadled or use a throttle to run on electric power. Very easy to use. Our tour guide and sweep who was at the end to make sure the team was together and did not separate was well thought out. We saw quite a bit of downtown and alot of hidden gems that are off the beaten path. I have been to Austin over a dozen times on business but this was the first time I really got to see several sides of Austin. I highly recommend Your Biker Gang! Come on over.
Rooster rocked as a fun loving trivia spouting guide for our run around Austin. The bikes were well maintained and in good shape for all riders. Safety precautions were taken and the route was pretty fun. I would have liked to learn more about the city of Austin and less about the animal murdereding ass hole living in a big mansion with a giraffe statue, but the stops were fun photo ops and our guide Rooster made the day for us. Mucho recommended.
This experience is a blast! Where else can you lean back on your own fat boy and cruise the City without a license to ride? Granted, they top out at 20mph and your guide takes pretty good care to make sure you don't end up in crazy bad traffic. We went out on the morning trek with Justin. He did a great job teaching us the basics before we hit the road. It is important to remember this is a 'tour', not just a ride. Consequently, you make several stops during the tour to dismount, chat and take pictures. In addition, you only move as fast as the slowest rider. Unfortunately, they don't subscribe to the theory of Survival of the Fittest. Justin did a fine job explaining little factoids about the city as we tolled around. Our group was most intersted in scenery and music, so those are the sites that he spent most of his time on. The only regret I have is I would have liked the option of cruising around a bit on my own at the end and just letting the bike fly down the streets. I think 20 miles per hour may be understating the performance of these beasts, but we never really had a chance to find out.
Fun time and a great way to see Austin, Texas. Our gang leader was Captain Kid, and he shared some great history on the city as we rode all over Austin. What a cool city. Be sure to sunscreen and drink water. My wife and I loved it.
Lots of fun!! Highly Recommend. It was a great experience. Our guides, Rooster and Joker, were awesome. They were super friendly and entertaining. Rooster provided lots of information in a fun way! I highly recommend this tour even if you've been to Austin before. The e-bike experience was really fun too.
Great tour! Fun to get around Austin on motorized bikes. Felt like I was back in my younger days riding around town with my mates. We arrived into Austin early in the morning and like to get the lay of the land before we head out for the rest of the weekend. This tour was perfect for that. We had peanut as our tour guide, he was quality. Easy to chat to, knowledgeable and easy going. Born and raised in Austin he is the perfect local person to give you all the spots to go to. We hit murals, a great bbq spot and historical features around the city. He is a great photographer and took pics of us throughout the tour, which as you know when on vacation is important for the GRAM! I would def recommend this tour.
Super fun and a great way to checkout a lot of sights around Austin! I was in town with my husband and another couple and we were on the way from brunch to sign up for a bicycle tour when a biker gang drove past us.. Your Biker Gang. Of course the two guys in our group wanted to check this out instead of the bicycle tour and there were exactly two open bikes for the next tour of the day. Being that you can have two people on a bike, we opted for the Biker Gang ride. Upon arrival we electronically signed a quick form and were immediately given helmets and goggles and went outside for a bike riding safety tutorial. They use mini electric bikes for the tour. My husband has motorcycle experience and had no issues instantly being comfortable riding it. We were told if you can ride a bike, you can ride one of these and nobody seemed to be struggling throughout the ride. I saw quite a few ladies driving them too. We started with a practice ride into a nearby parking area and then headed out onto the streets of Austin. Tyler is a great tour guide. He was loud enough that we heard him at the back of the pack of maybe 16ish people. We drove all over, including by the Capital building, the Forever Bicycles art by Ai Weiwei, Graffiti Park (we were given some spray paint to set our inner artists free), The Moody Theater and Willie Nelson Statue, a park that showed the beautiful skyline and a few other spots. This was a great tour and I highly recommend it, I hope we get one of these in Florida!

E bikes are a great way to tour a city and this tour did not disappoint! At no point did I feel unsafe, the bikes were well maintained, and I learned a lot about Austin in a short period of time. I'd recommend doing this tour at the beginning of your trip to learn all of the hot spots. Captain Edge is a great tour guide, knowledgeable, and always making sure no one gets left behind. He's in constant communication via radio and even plays local music during the ride. They provide water and a poncho for light rain. It's only a couple of hours-just do it! read more
Such a fun tour to do with teenagers. Kids got a kick out of riding throttle e-bikes and our tour captain - Captain Edge - was super knowledgeable and fun to chat with! He took us to many spots for pics and shared lots of Austin facts and history. Water bottles were provided and well as thorough instruction on how to ride the bikes. A must do in Austin! read more

We had an absolute blast on our tour with Captain Edge! If you're looking for a fun, easy way to learn the basics of Austin, this is it. The afternoon was perfectly sunny, and Captain Edge made the vibe even better--he's a very positive dude who clearly knows his stuff. He gave us the inside scoop on the city while keeping the energy high with some great music playing as we cruised. The electric minibikes were super comfortable and easy to handle, even if you've never ridden one before. We stopped for some seriously cool photo opps at spots we probably wouldn't have found on our own. It's easily the most unique way to see the city. Huge thanks to Captain Edge for a 5-star afternoon! read more

We did a second ride with this outfit! This time we chose the night time ride to go watch the bats at the Congress Bridge. Our fearless leader this time was Cope aka Peanut! This dude knows Austin and he told us all kinds of interesting facts along the ride. He was also one of the few people at the bridge that brought a red light so we could see the bats even better. We had nice tunes along the way and the nice summer breeze hitting our face throughout the entire trip. We will definitely be coming back! read more

Captain Edge !!!!! what an amazing experience, gracious and safe ride that was educational and full of photo ops ! First time "bike tour" and I'd do it in every city if I could . The speakers with the narrated guided fun facts from our tour guide was the best!!! Easy to hear the music and the fun facts through the whole ride , Captain edge loves his town and now so do I ! I'll be back to Austin for sure!! read more

Shout out to Joker! Beyond having a really cool perspective on Austin, and helping us see so much of the city in a unique fun way, was a huge help when I wasn't feeling well (those 100+ degree days)! Had electrolytes packets ready to go, and somehow juggled all of us like it was nothing. Fun bonus is you get to pick your own adventure on what interests you about the city. read more

My 6 girlfriends and I had a blast! It was my favorite activity we did while in Austin for the weekend. We saw so much of the city that we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. Joker was our guide and was top notch. Very funny and informative. Don't pass up doing this. read more

If you want to feel like the cool kid rolling down the street... if you want a great tour of Austin without tiring your feet out.. if you want to feel the sun on your face and the breeze in your hair.. I highly, highly suggest YOURBIKERGANG. My family tends to lean toward spontaneity.. so Sunday, 8:30 AM, searching for something to do in Austin before heading home.. they stumbled upon this attraction. Once 8:59 hit, my sister in law called.. made friends with Ryan T... requested the Yelp Discount.. and happily accepted the offer to be squeezed into the 2:00PM time slot later that day. From the get-go, this crew was helpful, informative, patient, and most of all.. accommodating. We only had until 4pm to finish our tour so they were able to abbreviate their ride for us without compromising the experience or the sights. This is great for people young and old.. you don't have to be an avid biker or motorcyclist to enjoy it. For the best experience- wear closed toe shoes, a baseball hat, and sunscreen. Bring a cool drink for you and your driver. Also, don't forget some cash gratuity to give if you enjoyed the experience. My husband and I are more the food tour type but if something like this is available, I'd take it. I was surprised to learn it's only been in operation for 3 months! A couple of evolutionary suggestions for the proprietors: 1. Provide a map of the stops and sights so we can come back and visit on our own time. 2. Find a way to attach sound to the bike so the tour leaders can narrate as we go (maybe blue tooth or something into the bike or into the helmets). 3. Would be cool to add a food aspect to the tour. The tour is great as it is already so if you're in Austin add this to your list! p.s. Sam is a former Marine (Shout out to SD Naval Station 32nd street)... so support a local vet-owned/employed, small business. read more

Your Biker Gang fat tire electric motorcycle tour is the coolest tour I've done of a city in a long time! It only takes about 10 minutes to get the hang of driving them and then we drive through the city like a boss! Patrick was a great tour guide, very personable and our crew had a great time! I'm looking forward to going again and seeing a different part of the city! Also, can't wait for them to get props like biker jackets and temporary tattoos to help us look more like a true MC (motorcycle club)- thinks Sons of Anarchy. read more

Biker Gang ATX is the best way to see the city with friends! Gator and Peanut had such great knowledge of the city. They also took the best pics of our crew at the various picturesque spots in Austin. I was a little nervous, but with Peanut and Gators instruction I felt confident in no time. The music was great ...we even danced a bit on the streets! All in all a priceless and memorable experience. Ride ON! read more

"Rooster" (aka Sweet Patrick) was the best. A former teacher, he delivered on a safe, fun, and colorful learning experience for me and my girlfriend. His knowledge and appreciation of the city's best kept local secrets made us see and feel the magic of Austin. He catered to our interests and mood which was awesome. He also nicest demeanor and a great sense of humor. To boot, he took amazing pictures for us and played super fun and upbeat music while on the move! read more

YourBikerGang is amazing! They made booking so easy and were accommodating to our ever-changing group size. Joker was fun, knowledgeable and a great guide. FANtastic time! Hubby & I took a 2 hour electric scooter tour under the expert guidance of Tyler, who kept us laughing & entertained the whole time! I rode as a passenger to see the sites & act as photographer, but could definitely have handled a scooter on my own as an inexperienced scooter driver. Fortunate to see the downtown area, including the bike sculpture & graffiti park! Would recommend to anyone looking to have a great time touring Austin, no matter the size of your group!! A big thank you to Tyler, his wit, sense of humor, and knowledge of the area! You really made our day! read more

Listen, I'm not a "tour guy". The last tour I recall doing was Alcatraz when I was 12. But this was a BLAST! The guides are knowledgeable, the bikes are a ton of fun to ride (and VERY easy to learn), and our 7 year old twins had great time riding with us. Whether you're local or a tourist, go do this. You'll have a great time. read more

Wow! That's all I have to say. Such a great experience. I was so skeptical when my friend booked this "biker tour." I was like.... really?!? But can I just say, this was one of the BEST experiences we could have done/asked for. The tour dudes were awesome. Full of personality. No worries attitude. Loved it. They shared some great history and we definitely got our monies worth. They were enthusiastic about taking pictures and photo ops. We did a 9am sunday tour and they provided sunscreen if needed and water. They accommodated us from the get go as we were supposed to do a tour Friday afternoon but because of a flight into austin that delayed our arrival, they were happy to reschedule. There was about 12 of us in a group and 2 tour dudes assisting. My suggestion. ... just do it. So worth it!!!! read more
