The work was excellent and poured and leveled in one day with follow up work done the next day after it had dried some. A couple of follow up on connection to a brick sidewalk and a small pick hole that popped up unexpectedly. Mark was very responsive in both cases and fixed quickly. Work was excellent, looks great, really like the way it was cut the next day. Overall very pleased with work, the work team's interactions and follow up afterwards.

They met with us to look at the existing driveway and determine our options and we had a quote within a couple of business days. We needed one side of the driveway widened and had an area where water would sit so we needed the grading of the driveway to move the water into our yard. Gaddis was very professional, they were quick but provided good quality work and cleaned up the space afterwards. They also were always on time and completed the driveway in the time promised. The quality they deliver is uncommon, being that it's so good, and the crew is so experienced. I noticed they use a lot of new equipment too, and put a priority on safety, quality, and doing things correctly the first time. That meant a lot to me as a customer to know I wouldn't have to deal with breakdowns and excuses from using old and broken tools and gear. Start to finish, my job was done in three days. I can't say enough how happy I am with the finished product. They did a 20 x 25 brushed finish patio, and a 5 x 10 pad next to my garage. Jake's property services completed a major perimeter drainage replacement around the foundation of…read moreour 67 year old home. In addition to that project they installed a French drain system, tied the downspouts into another underground drainage line to help divert all excess water away from the house. In addition to all the drainage work, they removed tree stumps, roots and brush from the area to allow surface water to flow away from the house. They also repaired our gravel driveway by smoothing it out and applying new limestone. They did a final grade, applied topsoil, grass seed and straw to finish off this large project. When Joe came out for the estimate, he let me know that the job would not be economical for me to have them do, but that it could be patched up relatively easily and told me the tools and material to use. It worked just as he told me - so I saved nearly $500 to fix my immediate issue, and they gained a future customer when I do have a bigger job that needs their level of work.

As recommended I waited the 12 months before sealing, and called Bruck to schedule sealing, and requesting someone stop by to inspect my concerns. Joe assured me that sealing would take care of any concerns I shared with him. I was expecting Bruck to do my sealing, but they use AmeriCoat, which I've used in the past. AmeriCoat prices jobs based on TWO coats of sealer and pricing would have been $460.00. Bruck only has AmeriCoat apply ONE coat and charged me over $500.00 dollars. Certainly Bruck has changed since acquisition to where profits override quality. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Bruck Construction... not to mention it took over a month for Bruck to evaluate my concerns and move forward with sealing, which they didn't even do. Save yourself some money and just call AmeriCoat and get your driveway double sealed for less than what Bruck charges!
