The quote was reasonable, so we had them replace our driveway that's been crumbling for a few years. They fixed all the low spots and leveled it very nicely. I was impressed how well the "team" worked together. They took extra care to not tear up the street or concrete with their equipment. Great company you won't got wrong

Over the summer, I was looking for a company to install a new driveway at my home and found it…read morenearly impossible to get anyone to call me back. Cap City Paving was the only company to contact me immediately, and they maintained close, proactive communication from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive without ever feeling pushy or sales-driven. A huge, special shout-out to Nicole, one of the owners. I was having a difficult time trying to navigate the city permit process on my own, but Nicole stepped in and completely took over. When the city initially pushed back, she stayed on top of the local bureaucracy, kept me updated, and even met with me at my property multiple times to ensure everything was perfectly aligned. Because of her persistence, I ended up getting exactly what I originally wanted instead of having to completely change it and acquiesce to the city. Her friendly, helpful attitude turned a stressful situation into a breeze. The installation crew was equally fantastic. They were respectful, professional, and incredibly hardworking. When they finished the project, they went above and beyond with the cleanup, leaving my entire property immaculate. The driveway looks absolutely gorgeous, and the customer service was unmatched. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We dealt with the owners of this company up front and they provided fair estimates up front which were well explained. This crew completed all of this work on one day, including demo and the concrete installs. The crew was extremely professional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Dan Anderson

I have so many positive things to say about Oswalt Concrete. Jesse and crew show up on time, when…read morethey say they will, and flat out get it done. These days, it's impossible to find a crew that want to do things right, and these folks are sticklers for ever little detail. From the very beginning, Hollie was fantastic, and generated my quote in record time. She gave me a list of options, and explained what to expect as we went along with the permit and homeowner-association approval process. She's a gem, and a total rock-star when it comes time to get it done. There were no surprises, problems, or excuses. These folks know the business, quote very fairly, and do extraordinary work. The quality they deliver is uncommon, being that it's so good, and the crew is so experienced. I noticed they use a lot of new equipment too, and put a priority on safety, quality, and doing things correctly the first time. That meant a lot to me as a customer to know I wouldn't have to deal with breakdowns and excuses from using old and broken tools and gear. Start to finish, my job was done in three days. I can't say enough how happy I am with the finished product. They did a 20 x 25 brushed finish patio, and a 5 x 10 pad next to my garage. I couldn't get other companies to call me back, or worse, they'd show up and under-bid, and then expect a payment and to sign a contract on the spot. These are red-flags, don't work with people like that, you'll likely pay someone else a lot more to fix it later. I talked to 8 different companies before deciding on these guys, because they were clearly the best. Take your time, call everyone, but call these guys too... they deserve the business!

I asked them to remove and replace my sidewalk, they removed and raised it 4 inches which has changed my entire yard. They moved all of the mud and debris into my gravel driveway turning it into a mud hole flowing into my garage. In the middle of pouring the concrete they realized the sidewalk was too high to be able to close my storm door so they made a last minute adjustment, now I have a dip in my sidewalk. My shed doors won't open all the way. There is more but needless to say their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. Almost forgot, they ran out of concrete towards the end and had to order a new batch that started chipping in the first week. I have called dozens of times, texted and emailed with little to no response. I do not recommend Optimus Concrete.
