Premier Asphalt installed my driveway. They've been a pleasure to work with. Ryan pulled up Google…read moreimages and was able to give me an immediate quote. The owner came in person later and was able to recommend something that made the job easier, look better and saved me money. The driveway looks great. I highly recommend them.

We are, however, disappointed by the lack of responses to inquiries about some visibly poor workmanship at the entry/approach. My husband reached out to Gary a couple of times. He responded to texts but no site visit to address what is poor workmanship. We understood the curing process would take time, however the disappointing workmanship near the entry has not been addressed. For these reasons, we would not recommend and, can't undo our decision to go with a different contractor that did a neighbor's driveway. Very unfortunate since pre-job (contract phase) they're on point. Post job....very disappointing The "splatter" along the edge of the approach is not a good look. This isn't a curing issue, this is poor workmanship that's not going away. Was hoping it would be addressed and possibly correctable so reached out early on. The 2nd pic with straw is nearly 4 weeks later. Again, that's not a curing issue. The opposite side is smooth. That gray messy "splatter" is not good!

My family just moved into our new house in Grandview Heights and were getting some work done in the…read morebasement (new paint, new flooring, etc.). The painters noticed some mold and water damage near a few of the walls. I called Ohio Basement Authority and Jordan came out the next day. Having a finished basement makes figuring out if there is water coming in tough, but he walked me through the possibilities, and how we could remedy each one. Not being used to having a basement (I historically lived in *much* drier climates!), I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that he showed in walking me through the different situations. I decided to go with the interior waterproofing. I was scheduled to have my new flooring installed a day later, so the speediness that Jordan came out literally saved me thousands of dollars (and the time of having another floor installed!). Thanks OBA!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!…read more Ohio Basement Authority (Groundworks) severely damaged my garage and pool deck in just a few hours, then took three months to inspect the damage. I hired them to lift three garage slabs. Instead, they cracked two slabs into seven pieces, then stopped working because the concrete was "cracked beyond a level of safely lifting." Their crew created the damage, then used it as the reason they couldn't finish the job. My garage floor is still 2-3 inches lower than the surrounding slabs, making it unusable for parking and failing to meet the work promised in the contract. I spent over $11,000 for work on my garage and pool area. The result is a broken garage and multiple trip hazards they created themselves--the same hazards they use during sales presentations to justify additional work. Around my pool, one slab now sits higher than the surrounding deck, another remains lower and was left separated instead of being repositioned flush. My property is in worse condition than before they started. Management ignored my calls for three months. When they finally responded, the attitude was hostile, with statements like, "We're not responsible for our salesman's promises," and "We don't level." Once they're paid, don't expect responsive customer service. If something goes wrong, be prepared to spend months fighting just to get someone to acknowledge the problem. To make matters worse, I later learned that completely demolishing and replacing the sunken concrete would have cost about 40% less than the foam lifting system they sold me--and their foam is already showing signs of settlement. Buyer beware.

These days, it's impossible to find a crew that want to do things right, and these folks are sticklers for ever little detail. From the very beginning, Hollie was fantastic, and generated my quote in record time. She gave me a list of options, and explained what to expect as we went along with the permit and homeowner-association approval process. She's a gem, and a total rock-star when it comes time to get it done. There were no surprises, problems, or excuses. These folks know the business, quote very fairly, and do extraordinary work. The quality they deliver is uncommon, being that it's so good, and the crew is so experienced. I noticed they use a lot of new equipment too, and put a priority on safety, quality, and doing things correctly the first time. That meant a lot to me as a customer to know I wouldn't have to deal with breakdowns and excuses from using old and broken tools and gear. Start to finish, my job was done in three days. I can't say enough how happy I am with the finished product. They did a 20 x 25 brushed finish patio, and a 5 x 10 pad next to my garage. I couldn't get other companies to call me back, or worse, they'd show up and under-bid, and then expect a payment and to sign a contract on the spot. These are red-flags, don't work with people like that, you'll likely pay someone else a lot more to fix it later. I talked to 8 different companies before deciding on these guys, because they were clearly the best. Take your time, call everyone, but call these guys too... they deserve the business!

I had a good feeling but then they did the work. Wow. Amazing. Everyone in the company from Jesse down was a dream to work with, they humored my questions, worked hard and gave me a product I love. They were very good with communication and updates. They even helped rectify an issue a different company created. They are the real deal. You cannot go wrong with Oswald Concrete.
