If there was any area I would say there could be an improvement: some trim and surfaces were not well-masked or covered and dried paint and dust had to be scrubbed and cleaned off of trim, floor, or other surfaces. This was not the end-of-the-world and Segor did some of this clean up, but some was left to us and I would prefer if this could have been more avoided.

After those projects were complete Five Star Painting sent me a card in the mail saying they would give me a $200 certificate for a referral. I gave them a referral and that project was completed and paid for but they refused to honor the offer regarding the $200 certificate after repeated calls, voicemails, and texts. I think it is very poor business practices to give an offer for referral, they get the referral, and then they don't honor there own offer.

I had a new roof put on my home, and that evening noticed my flood light wasn't working over the…read moregarage. I contacted the roofers to ask if they had bumped into it, but they ignored my text. I started calling electricians, and Mr. Electric was the first to call me back. When they arrived, I was given possible estimates of the cost of repair and/or replacement. The light was up quite high, requiring a very tall ladder. When he first touched the top to see if the optic part was damaged, he got a shock, and realized there was a live wire. Fortunately, he was okay, so they found the circuit breaker and shut off the current to that light. They found the electric eye had come off and felt there was no way the roofers could have missed that. Instead of having to replace the light, he said he was able to fix it after going to get a part. With the assistant going up with a drill to attach the part that was dangling he was able to replace the missing part. Works beautiful and I could not be happier with the way they conducted their business and how quickly they came to make the repair. I will definitely call them again if needed, and gAve them a 5 star review. Would recommend them to everyone!

We needed our gutters cleaned plus all the corners joints leaked causing the gable's stucco to fall off. We had the Neff Company repair the stucco. They are excellent as well. I was worried that no one would want to do the work because we were not buying new gutters. Also, our house requires a 20 foot ladder. First we called Leaf Filter, they wanted $8k (first they said $12k hahaha) and that was NOT including new gutters. They said all we needed was their gutter guard. We got Brother Gutters off of Yelp. Best company to work with. I have never had a more polite, on time (scheduling great), and fantastic workers. They know what they are doing. The price was approximately $750.

My husband tried on numerous occasions to call and email but no one returned his calls/emails. Over time the gap has worsened and with the heavy rains this weekend, our screened porch flooded. We have video on the rain pouring down between a gap in the gutters that was not properly sealed when installed. Stay away from this business unless you are ok with no follow-up if there are issues with the quality of the product and installation.
