I took it down and he immediately BLOCKED me and never refunded me. Wow. I would beware of this shady shady human for any service. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We hired them to simply install Goove pro lights in November of 2025...as of March 2026 we still do not have working lights. After our initial conversation, Nick demanded a deposit (after a story about how he has been scammed before). On November 18 a deposit was paid and we waited. He would reach out every so often about jobs he just completed, and saying "you're almost up"., this went on for over a month. After many booked times (which we rearranged schedules for) of him not showing up - he finally came two days before Christmas and finally "finished" the job on Christmas Eve as we tried to host family for the holiday. I will give him props for working through extreme cold, lack of day light, and everything else to get them done...but that's where the positives ended. The final invoice came in about 800 dollars over what he quoted, he gave us less than a week to pay before he started messaging two - three times a day asking when it would be paid even though the invoice had a due date a month away, and kept it up till it was paid. This shift from nice business man - to shake down for money - was such an uncomfortable change as a client. And again - I wish that is where it stopped. The lights worked and looked great...for all of 3 weeks. January 16 they went dark...I reached out (cause we bought a "warranty") and reached out....and reached out.... Each time I had to explain the problem, each time I got the run around of issues in his life as why he couldn't come fix it, each time the hope our lights would be fixed dwindled. He would not tell me what the warranty covered, refused to refund any money, and clearly made no moves to schedule a time. And now we sit in March, 5 months after the first conversation with broken lights. With my husband blocked from his Facebook page. With a 20 page Word document of conversations. And still NO LIGHTS! So I say again .... DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

The quality they deliver is uncommon, being that it's so good, and the crew is so experienced. I noticed they use a lot of new equipment too, and put a priority on safety, quality, and doing things correctly the first time. That meant a lot to me as a customer to know I wouldn't have to deal with breakdowns and excuses from using old and broken tools and gear. Start to finish, my job was done in three days.
