It's very unprofessional and you can never get ahold of anyone who is helpful. I've been hung up on multiple times and I have been friendly considering. Be careful who you do business with!! If they won't pay their employees what they owe them, you can only imagine what they're doing to their clients. Price gauging and laziness is the best I could describe that aspect. They're behind on all their jobs and refuse to call back potential customers for estimates. If you haven't started a job with this company, GET OUT NOW!
