Went in and came out with $110 + of hoodies and t shirts. ‍ Selection is awesome, however the t shirts are displayed on the wall so you know what is what but it is hard to find on the shelves. The check out is a tad frustrating because they write down the number of the tag then literally searching the store on the sections for the price. We ended up being over charged but did not realize it until later. But if you want some awesome swag, this is the place to shop. read more

The worst store in all of Sunriver. The people who work here are so RUDE. We came in earlier asking if they had any shoes and when they told us no, we asked them where we could find some. Some lady with an accent told us "sunriver sports" and when we couldn't understand she said "just go down the road! It's over there." Thinking that maybe she was having a bad day and just busy we came back in to give them a second chance. We paid in cash for a jacket costing $19.99. We changed our mind at the counter for another item costing $14.99 and they refused to exchange the item back and give us the $5 back. Honestly, I understand the store policy. What I can't stand is the lack of apology, the off handed RUDE way the girl at the register told me that I could just "buy some stickers." WTF. I come in you don't have the decency to be respectful? Worst service, crappy quality clothes. You can find better Oregon and sunriver gear elsewhere. We will never come back. Oh, the 5 star reviews are all from YEARS ago. Ridiculous! read more

What a horrible experience! I bought a shirt and the front pocket started to come off the very first time I put it on, I asked for an exchange of the exact same shirt (still had the tags) the next day and they refused. The clerk made me feel awful and said it was my fault. Don't expect any level of customer service at this store. Just awful. read more

My daughter had to have a Sunriver sweatshirt. We went in every store in the Village Mall, or so we thought, with no luck. Finally after running into a Sunriver sweatshirt clad girl at the Lava Visitor's Center up the road, I asked her where she got her sweatshirt. She replied with a look that looked like, "duh" but only said, "The $12.99 store in Sunriver." How could we have missed it? Everything in the store is, you guessed it, $12.99. I mean everything. 5* because I like a good deal. Husband forgot swim trunks and I told him, no way are you going to pay $50 at the resort shop. So, thanks to some pre-visit internet research, we hopped in the car and went to the $12.99 shop. He left there with a very cool pair of swim trunks and we loved the fact Oregon doesn't have sales tax. Lots of t-shirts, sweatshirts, dresses, etc. Fun for the whole family...Worth a visit! read more

Awful service. My sister bought a sweatshirt here only to return home to find it ruined before she even took it out of the bag. The cashier named Maria was AWFUL to my sister when she came back and politely showed her what was on her sweatshirt. Maria accused her of lying and refused to let my sister switch out the CHEAP sweatshirt. Finally after arguing and being treated with so much disrespect she snapped "go get another sweatshirt". We come here every year and usually buy at least 3 things every year and I will make sure we NEVER come back to this place because of the awful service and being accused of something she didn't do. Customer service is supposed to be the number one thing in order to keep a store going. I work in retail and this was by far the worst service I have ever seen. read more

I'm only giving this place 3 stars because I've gotten at LEAST one thing from this store every Vacation for as long as I can remember (I go at least once a year) and they have always lasted. The only reason I've gotten rid of a sweatshirt from there would be because I've gotten older and they no longer fit. I've never had a problem with the quality being bad or anything like that. HOWEVER-- the ladies (mainly the main lady with short dark hair) who work there are the most rude, irritated people I've ever met. It's like they know they get enough business to keep their store open so they feel like they can be so disrespectful to their customers. I have never been treated so badly in a retail store before. My 13 year old daughter bought a sweatshirt. She picked one that was folded and still had a rubber band around it. She paid, the cashier, the cashier removed the rubber band and put it in a bag. My daughter immediately brought it home, she was excited to show it to me. When she unfolded it there was a black mark along the folded seam. We immediately returned to the store and showed Maria the manager. She very aggressively told us that there was NO WAY the sweatshirt looked like this when my daughter left the store. I explained that my daughter never even unfolded the shirt until she got home. She started rubbing the sweatshirt together in a very aggravated way trying to remove the mark and then said that we had dropped it on the ground or something. I said that we had not dropped it. She VERY rudely told us to get another one. When we returned to the register I asked if she was the owner. She said that in fact she was the manager. I then asked for the owners number. She handed me a business card. I said that I would be calling the owner to report her unprofessional behavior. She said with a smirk, "Go right ahead!" I hope the owner reads this review because Maria, your manager, has no business working with the public. I never for a minute thought that by returning a damaged sweatshirt I would be made to feel like a liar and thief. We have been coming to Sunriver for years and have always frequented this store. Because of your employee Maria, my family, friends and I will never be back. read more
