What impressed me most was the speed and professionalism. They got all 8 cameras installed and set up within 4 hours!! The last place that did my installation took almost a week to complete lol. As someone who was new to firearms, I really appreciated how Edwin took the time to explain firearm safety, walk me through the hands-on portion, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The range portion was my first time ever at a range, and Edwin made it a very positive and educational experience. I've been in the security industry for over 13 years, and obtaining my exposed license was an important next step in my career. Edwin provided the knowledge and confidence I needed to take that step responsibly. I highly recommend Meridian Security Group to anyone looking to obtain a security license. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers.
