Came here for the 1st time this evening because I saw a rude parasite slandering this establishment on "nextdoor". I think that's slander and if he doesn't care for how they run their business he can get pizza else where and not defame a business at the same time. We were greeted by the friendliest bubbly gals ever. Offered us tons of options for our pizza, salad and drinks. Establishment was clean and welcoming. Another loyal patron stated she noticed it to be "quiet" for a Tuesday where normally you can earn double rewards points on your order. Hoping the slanderous post didn't affect business. Where is my pie?!! Seriously, we have not had such a bad dining experience in a while. We each created our own pizza and I made a salad for myself and one of the small premade ones for my husband. Wondering why everyone was getting their food before us, we waited patiently about 20 minutes until we noticed them carrying an order around no one claimed. Turned out our pizzas went to him and he left. They asked if we wanted his...uhhh no. Not at all what we ordered, it was two, we ordered three with completely different toppings. Awesome! This place is just awesome! I recently seen a customer ask for every piece of dough to be covered with meat, I thought this was obscure but whatever it was hilarious to see. Now I know I can go the extra step and ask for more cheese or whatever. After a crazy day at work and not really wanting to cook dinner, the kid suggested Your Pie and it was a great call. It was about 6pm and the place was getting crowded. It has a great city feel that you do not see in many places in the Coachella Valley. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and they started prepping the dough we asked for quickly before heading to the line where the toppings are added one by one. The wife had the special which was a peach proscuitto pizza with ricotta and a balsamic drizzle, the kid had a pizza with like every meat known to man, and I went with a simple tomato and artichoke pizza. I love wood fired pizza because the thin crust gets a nice crust with just the right amount of char to give it an extra burst of flavor. They used a combo of shredded mozzarella and fresh buffalo mozzarella and it really worked great with my toppings. They had a nice selection of beer and a bunch of them on tap. read more

I was excited to try this place while visiting for a long weekend in Indio. Ordered the gluten free crust because of an allergy, and while happy they had the option it's frustrating when places charge $4.00 up charge for a crust that a lot of people have to order because of an allergy. Close to 1-10, but off the beaten path enough to avoid crowds. Great for traveling with kids that all want their own toppings, each 10" pizza was just $11. The staff preparing the pizzas, the cashier, and the server that ran the pizzas to the table were all courteous and had great customer service. We got a free gelato for checking in with Yelp, and their gelato is very good, but limited in flavors. The mint chocolate chip gelato was delicious, I recommend. Downside, the restaurant was not very clean, no one was wiping down tables or taking care of the dining area. There was one table outside, if your not into indoor dining. We have been coming here since they opened. We really do love the pizza here and it is by far our most favorite spot to pick up dinner just about every other week. However, two things have really started to concern me. The first is their quality has kind of gone down hill in regards to their veggies. The fresh tomatoes look terrible and the basil and cilantro are not fresh, they have black and brown edges. I've noticed the tomatoes for a long time but just recently I've noticed that the other veggies just haven't been up to par. The second is that all through COVID all the employees wore masks. And I thought, I really hope they continue to do that even when masks aren't mandated as I've gotten used to people not breathing on my food while they're making it. Well, unfortunately they have not continued to require their employees to wear masks while prepping food. When we went last night, thank god the woman who made our pizzas was wearing a mask, but all of the other employees were not wearing masks. The guy who was taking pizzas in and out of the oven wiped his nose with his arm. It's just gross. COVID, no COVID, at this point with what the world went through, why wouldn't employers require employees to wear masks while prepping food? And honestly, why weren't masks required of cooks even before COVID. If you think about it, really think about it, how many times have you seen food preppers laughing and talking while making food. Someone else's saliva inevitably ends up on our food. I'm sure other restaurants haven't require their cooks to wear masks any longer either, but this is the first one that I noticed. I think management around the valley needs to think about how nasty it really is. read more
