Yum!!! Tried Your Pie for the first time last night and it was great. Placed my order online and was very pleased to find it ready when I got there. We tried a veggie pizza, a meat pizza and their cheese sticks. All were delicious. Love the thin, wood-fired crust and the toppings were fresh. I placed an online order and it took them 20 minutes after the "ready" time because they were short staffed. That is understandable and not the problem. The problem is when I opened my pizza at the house it was completely burnt. So even with the additional time, they messed it up. This isn't the first time either. It has been a 50/50 shot with the online orders. They either get it right or your pizza is cold and burnt. I had to drive back to the restaurant because after calling NINE times, they never answered. I called while in the store and they didn't even have the phone where it could be heard. I guess they don't like call in orders. The manager on duty was very nice and credited me the money back for my entire order. The management/owner of this restaurant is awful. He is always whining on Facebook about not being able to find help and after my experience the past couple of times of going in, I now know why! Last night my family tried to order at 8pm and was told no. The hours posted on the door said close at 9pm. We walked in and the owner/manager told us we would not be served and to leave. There was no apology or explanation given, just told to leave. This is not the first time I have experienced the owner/manager be rude. All of that to say, my family is done. We will not be back and would recommend Pizza Shack or Railroad Pizza to anyone who wants great pizza at the same price point as Your Pie. read more

We lived in Italy for 8 years and so we know authentic pizza when we see it. This pizza is about as authentic as you will find in the U.S. "Deep dish" is not authentic Italian pizza. "NY style" is not authentic Italian pizza, which is like ordering chow mein and thinking that you are eating authentic Chinese food. Your pie makes authentic Italian pizza. 'nuf said. We eat here all the time and it is always awesome except for tonight... We ordered the peach prosciutto Pizza, which my wife usually loves, but tonight it was drowned in the honey glaze sauce so much that it was dripping from the box... also the prosciutto was so thickly sliced and so salty she couldn't eat it. This was a to-go order that we picked up and left the store otherwise I'm sure management would have corrected it... I called them and notified them of the problem and they are aware. Then you choose your ingredients, they add them, and it's added to the brick oven for cooking. Minutes later, staff brings you a wonderful pizza that's delicious. I just wanted to share my co-worker and I experience. We stopped in last Tuesday around 11:15. The pizza was AWESOME, but I have a complaint. My co worker and I are African American and there was an elderly African American couple in there as well. The "Manager" who is white walked past our table to greet white customers asking about the food seated directly behind us. He made his way to two more tables and greeted a group of white men, then a white lady sitting by herself. He walked right past the black elderly couple and went straight to a back room. This "Manager" is an older white man with a very bad nerve problem. He sits there with his mouth open, then appears to be chewing.
