After bringing this to their attention, I was offered $1,500, which I did not agree to accept, and I was told the owner would personally call me back to discuss the matter further. It has now been several months, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received no callback and no resolution. What has been most upsetting is the lack of accountability and communication regarding the negligence of the maître d' and the handling of our concerns afterward. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and while mistakes can happen, ignoring your clients after the fact is unacceptable. At this point, I am publicly asking for an owner to contact me directly to properly address this situation. I truly hoped for better customer service and professionalism from a venue with this reputation.

I was nervous about booking her due to fears of getting lighting correct (various cultures, background, poor lighting conditions, weather issues) but my trusted friend had used her, I prayed about it and she was the most flexible person when needing to do an unconventional uncommon event package and pricing. I am not disappointed in any way. She arrived early, gave clear direction, gave her all, and my entire family loved her beyond measure. They all want to have her photograph events. She's able to beautifully capture all skin hues (even next to each other) regardless of lighting Conditions or weather. Every single guest in our wedding including some of our vendors asked if we personally knew the officiant since our wedding felt so tailored and personalized to us. We even had a getting to know each other zoom session where we discussed our hopes and dreams for the wedding. We were lucky to have access to our venue on the Friday before the wedding to do some decorating and host our rehearsal and Daniellee was more than willing to work with our schedule and dive into help us with decorations and running the rehearsal.
