Hired them to install a shower glass door at one of my rentals. Quoted me a high price, but I…read moreneeded it done that day and I said okay so long as they could do it by 8:30 They said that was fine. Then around 7:45 they called me saying they wouldn't be done by 8:30 and asking if they could come the next day or stay later. I said to stay later and I would work it out with my renter. Got a call 5 minutes later with them openly lying to me, claiming they went to Home Depot and they were closed, so now claiming they couldn't complete it that night. Home Depot closes at 10 pm. It is a nationwide chain and even I know this. I asked them which home depot it was and they refused to reply, while I could hear them typing on a laptop (meaning they were not at / had not gone to Home Depot at all. Anyways, point being, they are completely okay lying to their customers, and won't follow through with their work. Just awful to work with.
