Re-update They misquoted me on the replacement of the 2nd toilet which I had them do at the same time as the other I had issues with. (told me it would be $120-130 and the other one was free of charge) and now charging me $248. Also the bathroom smells SO BAD now. It smells like sewer water.

They arrived when they said with a phone to tell me when they were 30 minutes away. This father and son team is VERY Knowledgeable, experienced, respectful and they get right to work. Within a few minutes they were able to isolate my problem and give me a quote, as an Air Force Vet, Mr. Moncrief offers a Veterans discount on work. Again an unexpected bonus. While the repair was simple, it did require time and expertise in doing a proper job. They provided both. They took pictures of the work they did and gave me the failed water line/connection pieces they had replaced. Jarrett showed up at 2:15 pm and told me he would have to remove the toilet to snake the drain and clear the clog for $674.92. Which I thought was outrageous, but since there had been no toilet for hours, and we had waited for him for close to 6 hours we were in a bind. So, I agreed to his exorbitant pricing, which I think was his plan in the first place. He then said to really fix the problem he would have to replace a 4 foot section of pipe for $2000. And said there would be no guarantee on the original repair. He then reinstalled the toilet and flushed it about 20 times (which I now know made his temporary fix not last 24 hours). Anyway, the toilet was clogged again less than 24 hours later and when I called him, he did not return my call. I should have never called this scam of a company. The real problem turned out to be very expensive, but nothing Jarrett was proposing was going to ever fix it. He just wasted my time and money. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. Even though he was booked until August, he listened to what I said.
