I just knew to wait. I happened by VMC and pulled in and hoped. I had to wait to recieve actual funds, however I was welcomed by a knowledgeable female sales person who encouraged me to return after I received payoff. Two weeks later, I was met by the GM, Brod Mophet, who had just received the perfect car for me, from a repeat customer. In less time than it takes me to grocery shop, I had inspected, driven and purchased the vehicle, which was in really good condition. Mr. Mophet, realizing my dilemma, made the deal work for me, plus called original owner to check on a concern I had discovered in research. The owner let him know about something he should check. Well, still within the next few minutes, he agreed to take care of concerns and asked if I wouldn't mind giving him time to make things just right FOR WHAT I HAD! There was none of the "No, This is an 'as is sale' for your funds." Or, comments like, "Come see me when you're serious, no way your getting a car like you had for that amount", or completely ignoring me as a well known used car resource had done. He knew I was in a bind, and all that seemed to matter to Brod was getting that gorgeous car ready for me. He could have sent me away, tried to flip me into a car I couldn't afford, or charged more than I had. He did not. As we were leaving, I was so thankful that in an hour and 45 minutes, including everything. I was on my way. Truly this dealership is concerned about their clients having a 'victory', as well as making a sale. Victory Motor Cars where clients are the winners. Highly recommended over competition. Go back often. New pre-owned cars come in daily. I posted my picture, which I never do, because I'm not an employee, I'm relating a real experience.

Due to the fact that my husband works from 6 am til 6 pm M-Sat and the lot closes at 6:00 pm and is closed on weekends coupled with the sales person not willing to stay past then, I asked if I could come in and do the paperwork for him also via text message. To that I was told yes that was fine. I tell them I have arranged for a ride there and would be on my way as soon as I got my baby ready. Stephanie, replied "ok we will see you then" I get two minutes from there and call to tell her and she gets an attitude and wants to know where I am at bc the process can take a while and once again she isn't staying past closing time at 6. Then she tells me that I can not do the paper work my husband will have to be there. Keep in mind I have already paid someone to bring me and I ask what happened bc she literally said it was ok an hour before. She really gets attitude then saying no she didn't say this. I said yes you did and she tells Me That the last she said to me was that she wasn't staying late. So I say no I have it right here and read it to her. Her response was that if I were gonna argue with her that she would just change the application to denied right then. I explained I wasn't arguing but letting her know what my reasoning was. She met that with saying it was her A.I. who replied telling me it was ok to come on. Then she said her AI was actually a human in FL dealing with a hurricane so that's what happened. Like what? Ok. She said she would be there on Thursday and Friday. So my husband takes off work early on Friday to get there in enough time to do paperwork before closing at 6 and she wasn't there and no one in the office would do the paperwork. Needless to say they had wasted enough of our time and we went else where.

Why didn't they? I don't know but sounds sketchy to me... so yes, insurance wouldn't pay for Something they didn't see get fixed, so I was stuck between loosing my truck or I had to pay out of Pocket.... They're not trustworthy dealership as they kept making remarks and making fun of "who your boyfriend is" to me as a gay male- it definitely doesn't make ANYONE want to buy from them again. Please, please, please I beg you to not waste your precious time, money, and mental health Ps, they claimed I wrecked my truck, but how come my full coverage insurance wouldn't cover it? They said it was all maintenance issues which they don't cover it...what maintenance does a brand new truck need if I just purchased the truck?!

When needs arise I was told current sells took importance before my own , and they had no time to get to my needs. 2. My AC worked but the mechanic did not return cabin filters. Cabin clogged. 1300.00 bill to unclog over mechanical laziness during checking the vehicle while putting in the lot. But that is the past , here is the current 3. Oil Filter Sensor went out. I knew I could not take to him. A more professional mechanic identified that not only has this sensor gone out but someone else has been inside here taping the connector to the sensor. The tape melted. It was cheap jerry rigging labor. The sensors each cost 20.00 to 30.00. if the poor mechanic work would take pride in his work the vehicle would last longer and more importantly you would get repeat customers for more cars. I am afraid that does not matter. Sells volume and spitting out shoddy mechanic work is more important to get to the next sell , therefore hidden under the hood of the vehicle is no telling what types of preventable mechanic failure if you go with changing a 30.00 dollar part over just taping it with cheap electrical tape that will melt and not hold over time.

Omega Motors screwed me over and won't make it right…read more I bought a 2010 Mini Cooper from Victor in November-December 2019 and was so excited. Prior to going to Omega I had bought a mini cooper that was a lemon and was very hesitant to buy another one. The previous place treated me well and gave me a refund. I repeatedly explained to Victor that my biggest concern was that I didn't want to buy a car and a few months later have it crap out on me or need thousands of dollars in repairs. Victor assured me over and over again that they would never sell a car in the kind of shape and I could trust their reputation of selling high quality cars. It turned out to be the exact situation I was afraid of. My car immediately began small warning signs including rough transition shifting, excessive smoking out the exhaust, and once it even randomly died when I was pulling out of my driveway. It was also missing an entire wheel stud on the back left wheel. Most of these issues ceased rather promptly and were not expressing themselves by the time I could get it to my mechanic. Then the oil light began going on and off. It would be on for a few hours then turn off for a day repeatedly. Then check engine. When I checked the oil it was almost empty! I changed the oil and the problem only got worse. The engine fan would continue running for up to 30 minutes after turning the car off as if the engine was overheating. At that point I had my mechanic try to figure out what was going on with the oil. My mechanic called me and said the car is in such terrible shape he didn't even think it was worth working on. He said there was evidence of water or flooding damage, which was not disclosed to me! Among the repairs he said were needed were replacing spark plugs, misfiring cylinders, replacing thermostat housing under the hood, and engine coolant. He quoted me $1,200 before he could even start looking at the oil situation, which could be a huge cost after the already massive needed repairs. I called and texted Victor about this because it was the exact thing he promised he wouldn't do to me. He refused to answer my calls or texts for a week. I drove to the dealership and asked to speak with the general manager. I talked to Billie and showed him my quote on the required repairs, and Billie tried to get out of helping me saying, "I didn't buy a warranty so I can't help you." Yeah. I didn't buy a warranty because your salesman assured me that you sell high quality cars. I bought a car from you in good faith that it would be a good quality vehicle. If something small had come up this soon and it were just a couple hundred dollars to fix, it would be no big deal. But water damage, $1,200 in repairs, and THEN diagnose the oil? You sold me a piece of crap and you need to make it right. Billie, the manager, told me that he would see if his repair guys could cut me a deal and he would get back with me by the end of the day. He never called me back. I called and texted Billie for a solid week before he finally answered. He tried to send me to his repair guys but I told him I don't want to pay for repairs, I already know what the damage is and how much it's going to cost. I just want my money back. He said it's not that big of a deal to repair, you just have to have the right guys. Okay dude, so take the car back and repair it if it isn't a big deal. He tried to get out of that but I pushed harder and he said he would talk it over and get back with me that day about whether or not they could refund my purchase or buy the car back from me. I even told him I would be fine with them buying it back at a prorated sales prices accounting for the mileage I have driven it since I bought it. It's been weeks now. He never called me back. I have been calling and texting non-stop since. He is refusing my calls and ignoring my texts. They screwed me over and refuse to help me, including Billie the manager. I will never buy a car here again, and would caution everyone: STAY AWAY from Omega Motors in Conroe! Snakes without even an ounce of decency. See all pictures attached.

I want to tell you the magic question to ask. If you see an online listing for a car at Omega-…read morebefore you drive out there, ask specifically "is this a salvage title?" If the answer is something mumbled about a "rebuilt title," you have your answer. Adjust your expectations on whether the car is now priced THAT good (salvage titles should usually be reduced by almost 50% in value). The issue is we were about to drive a great distance to see a car here. We explained that we don't live in the area. We repeatedly asked him to tell us about the car. He explained that the rear quarter panel had been replaced, but that was it, and that it was the most insignificant repair. We called several times with any questions we can think of. We explained that we would be taking it to a mechanic to get a general inspection of the car's condition, is there anything he can disclose that we might expect to see. Nothing. So I would say save yourself the time and ask this specific question before you go out to visit. If you do decide to buy a car here, ask to see the title first so that you verify that it is/isn't a salvage title. Too bad some people don't have the courtesy to be a little more up front with the information.
