Really not even trying here. The guy couldn't have cared less about making a deal. Zero customer service.

I purchased a used MINI Countryman from MINI of The Woodlands as an out-of-state buyer and was told…read morethe dealership would handle registration and titling. I paid the associated licensing/title fees as part of the transaction and was assured I "wouldn't have to worry about a thing." That is not what happened. After purchase, I received little to no proactive communication regarding registration requirements. The temporary Texas tags expired. I then had to obtain a temporary movement permit while waiting for registration to be completed. That permit also expired without the dealership completing the process or clearly communicating what was needed. At that point, to legally operate the vehicle and avoid fines, I had to spend my own time registering the vehicle with the DMV myself and paying the required fees out of pocket. Only after I had already completed the process myself did I begin receiving requests for documents from the dealership and its title vendor. I repeatedly explained that the vehicle was already registered, that the original VIN inspection had been surrendered to Nevada DMV during registration, and that I was seeking reimbursement for the licensing/title process I ultimately had to complete myself. Instead of resolution, I spent months in repetitive email exchanges being told additional documents were required, including requests to obtain another VIN inspection for a process that had effectively already been completed. The vehicle itself has been great, but the post-sale administrative experience for an out-of-state transaction was disorganized, reactive, and unnecessarily time-consuming. If you are purchasing from out of state, I would strongly encourage close follow-up on registration and titling and not assume the process is progressing behind the scenes.

When first reaching out to client advisor, Jacob "Jake" Huon, with BMW of the Woodlands, I knew…read morethis was going to be a great buying process. I found a nice, clean, low mileage, metallic in color, used vehicle on one of their partners lots. Hoping the vehicle could be transported to the Woodlands location, I asked Jake, for this request. Without hestitation, and reassurance Jacob made my hope a reality. This was my first experience purchasing a car through my local BMW of The Woodlands Dealership. However, it will not be my last. The warmth, professionalism, care, and overall experience that I received at this dealership excels all the other car dealerships in Montgomery County, Texas. I have never felt so relaxed, zero high pressure tactics, and stress free, in the car buying process then at this BMW Dealership located, in The Woodlands, Texas. When I first walked though the door, the welcome group of smiling faces, professional appearance, and the smoothing atmosphere was overwhelming to me. The car purchase business conducted was, without a doubt, perfect from start to finish. My professional agent/client advisor, Jacob, "JAKE" Huon, presented me with all my options, smooth paper interactions, walked me through the buying process, showed me the vehicle then offered me a test ride. I was then introduced to, whom I believe, is The Best Financial CFS Manager, Daimarys "DAI" Millian, in the area, and the rest is history. If you are looking to purchase a reliable, clean, well manintained and classic vehicle, new or used, I recommend you stop by this welcoming, friendly, dealearship lot, "BMW of the Woodlands." The transparency, trusting agents, pricing, no high pressue sales tactics, gives this dealership 5 Stars***** The combined efforts of the team made the process of my financing efficient, fast, and transparent. In my observation it appears this dealership takes great pride, and strives in making sure their future customers are treated as one of "The BMW Family," ensuring that when I am ready for my next vehicle, I will come back to, "BMW of the Woodlands." My car buying experience did not stop at the sell, it continues with the team, when I have a question or need service. This is a great dealership, to take part in the BMW car buying family. I engage you to "LOOK" this dealership up, on I-45, The Woodlands, Texas near St. Luke Hospital, tell them "Emily" sent you there, you will not be disappointed, and you can expect, "Meticulous," car buying experience. This is, "Simply the Best," car dealership in Montgomery County, The Woodlands, Texas, to me. Emily H.S. A Very Satisfied Client

I recently brought my BMW to the service department at BMW of The Woodlands for warranty concerns…read more The vehicle has less than 30,000 miles and is experiencing multiple serious electrical issues. These include the tires not being recognized, mirrors folding on their own while driving, intermittent CarPlay and Bluetooth connectivity problems, and most concerning, the vehicle attempting to park itself while in motion along with a "vehicle may roll" warning. Prior to bringing it in, I performed a full scan and found over 40 fault codes, including faults related to the head unit and gear selector switch, along with multiple undervoltage faults. I was informed that the vehicle would be diagnosed, and according to the technician video, they were unable to verify the warnings. I was told a software update was performed and the battery was charged, and that this should resolve the issues. However, the very next day, the same critical problem occurred again where the vehicle attempted to park itself while driving and displayed the same roll warning. This raises serious concerns about whether a thorough diagnostic process was actually performed. From my perspective, it appears the vehicle may have only received a software update without proper fault tracing or module-level diagnostics. When I requested more detailed information about the diagnostic procedure, the only explanation provided was that the vehicle was updated to the latest software level. I would like to know if any actual module diagnostics or root cause analysis was performed, especially given the severity of these safety-related issues.

I purchased my S580e three months ago and was amazed at the level of service this dealership showed. On the day of my purchase, I was particular with my needs, and they checked every box. My Sales agents, Anthony Surface and Sammy Mourtada, couldn't be beat. The speed and efficiency with which they do business, I was on the road with my new vehicle in the time most people spend on a lunch break. Albert in the service department is top-notch in professionalism, quality control with a great personality to boot! Lastly, the Sales Manager Nick Botusan made me a customer for life. They make places like AutoNation Texas (Purchased 5 vehicles prior) look like they are not in the same business. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.
