Really not even trying here. The guy couldn't have cared less about making a deal. Zero customer service.

I purchased a 2025 MINI Countryman (Certified Pre-Owned) from MINI of The Woodlands in Conroe,…read moreTexas at the end of January 2026, and the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I purchased a different vehicle from the dealership and was told I had five days to return the car if I was not satisfied. When I attempted to return the vehicle on the second day, I was informed that the dealership had already sold my trade-in, meaning I could not simply return the vehicle and had to choose another car from their inventory. Because of that situation, I ended up purchasing a different 2025 MINI Countryman, which I was told was a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. However, the day after the purchase, the salesperson who sold me the car contacted me and told me that the vehicle had not actually been certified yet and that I needed to bring it back to the dealership so they could complete the CPO process. Selling a vehicle as Certified Pre-Owned when it has not actually been certified is extremely misleading and unacceptable. I brought the vehicle back the following Saturday so they could supposedly complete the certification process. Unfortunately, that is when the real problems began. Shortly after the appointment, the car began experiencing serious electronic failures, including: * The key fobs repeatedly failing to connect to the vehicle, leaving me locked out of the car multiple times. * When I contacted MINI Connected Services for assistance unlocking the vehicle remotely, they informed me that my address on file was incorrect, meaning the dealership never updated my information properly, which prevented them from helping me unlock my own car. * Soon after, the entire center console stopped working. * The blind spot warning system stopped functioning. * The backup camera stopped working. * I lost the ability to control several major vehicle functions. At that point I contacted the dealership to request a loaner vehicle. I was initially told to drive the car to the dealership, despite the fact that the vehicle clearly had major electronic failures. I explained that I did not feel comfortable driving the car, and the next suggestion was that I personally should tow the vehicle myself, which I refused. Eventually the dealership sent a porter to deliver a loaner vehicle and take the Countryman back. This is not something I should have had to negotiate for. At the time of writing this review, I have now been in the loaner vehicle for nearly a month, with little to no meaningful updates from the dealership about my car. The service department sent me an update on February 24th and I did not receive another update until March 13th. Both updates only informed me that test were still being run on my car with no timeline or resolution given. During this time, I repeatedly asked for the General Manager to contact me, and despite requesting this for nearly a month through multiple employees, the GM never returned my calls. The only time I finally received attention was after I contacted AutoNation ownership directly. Since then, the follow-up has been nonexistent. To make matters worse, I have now had to make a car payment on a vehicle I only had in my possession for about a week and a half, while the dealership continues to hold the car with no clear resolution or timeline. This entire situation has been frustrating and disappointing. What began as a simple vehicle purchase has turned into a long list of issues involving misleading information about certification, vehicle malfunctions, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. At this point, I simply want a clear resolution and accountability from MINI of The Woodlands. For anyone considering purchasing a MINI, I strongly recommend visiting Momentum MINI in Houston instead. They have a significantly better vehicle selection, a far more knowledgeable sales staff and a much more professional service department. Based on my experience, the difference in customer service and overall competence between the two dealerships is substantial. My disappointment has only increased after reading many reviews that reflect the exact same experience I have encountered with Mini of the Woodlands. I should have done better research before trusting this dealership. For anyone reading this, you deserve better treatment from a better dealership where you are treated as a customer not a commission.

Absolutely terrible experience at BMW of The Woodlands - avoid this dealership at all costs…read more About seven months ago I stopped in just to look around and was completely ignored by a sales rep who acted like he had somewhere more important to be. I recently saw an X5 and X7 online that I really liked, so I gave them another chance. This time I worked with a salesman named Jay. Once it became clear our numbers weren't close, he turned short, dismissive, and downright rude. When I called back later with a different offer, I was literally told to "do simple math" and brushed off. To top it off, the general manager Steve Lutz emailed me asking me to call him so he could "make it right." I called twice and emailed twice - zero response, complete radio silence. Weeks later I get another generic follow-up email from him. I replied that I had already purchased my vehicle from BMW of West Houston instead. Zero accountability, poor customer service from the sales floor all the way to management. I will never step foot in BMW of The Woodlands again and strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Plenty of other BMW dealers in the area that actually want to earn your business. Stay far away!

I purchased my S580e three months ago and was amazed at the level of service this dealership showed. On the day of my purchase, I was particular with my needs, and they checked every box. The speed and efficiency with which they do business, I was on the road with my new vehicle in the time most people spend on a lunch break. Albert in the service department is top-notch in professionalism, quality control with a great personality to boot! Lastly, the Sales Manager Nick Botusan made me a customer for life. They make places like AutoNation Texas (Purchased 5 vehicles prior) look like they are not in the same business. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.
