These guys raised the price on a vehicle while us was in the buying process. This is likely due to the fact that their minimum wage workers don't really care if they sell or not and take days to respond. After I made note of this fact, the dude quit responding. Fair enough... I then called the "hot-line" and after hearing my story, lady said "Ok I'll just close this lead and let him know", and I said "that's it" and she said " yep, these are just leads" Well alright. Vroom really has turned this place into just an service-less vending machine of over priced cars. That being said- probably a good place to sell if you aren't buying.

Felt like the Inco-operative Advisor thought and made differences about the Appearance and Ethnicity and become renege, when he said anyone from our so called 'Team' would be responsive on TEXT message number if I ever need some help.. only 2 to 3 minutes late arrive and been penalized by $50 out of pocket. More than one and half hours waiting outside the showroom on a Demo Drive Return plus keep communicating on the way there but NO RESPONSE from any of them at all ! Eventually had to Pay $50 out of pocket for the meter to park Cyber Truck. Their next day text message excuse was the Advisor "Christian" had an injury... but I hope not the whole team had injury at the same time! Especially when every one has that Text Message number to update and follow. I would never recommend that location to any of my friends or family members. We have more than five Teslas in our family already.. but I have a Bad Taste left now after this incident!

My husband even made me a spreadsheet of the eleven cars, all different vehicles I was interested in purchasing and they weren't all BMW's. I knew it would take me a while to test drive them all. When we went to the BMW of the Woodlands, Michael Pinto and James greeted us and we test drove vehicles. We warned them that I had others to test drive. A couple of months later, we made it back to BMW, and test drove again. Michael made sure I knew the car can park itself! That would definitely help in parallel parking since in Texas we don't use it as much. I only wanted certain colors for the interior and exterior. It wasn't available on the lot but they found one. They went to pick it up that night so I could have the next day. They were so busy the next day, Ashby was kind enough to spend the morning with me to help me set up the car. I especially like the fact that if you're ever in an accident, the car and record and tape anything. Overall, from the advisors, finance advisors to general manager, this is my third BMW and the sales and service won me over again. Thank you BMW!

I was again impressed w the natural professionalism and courtesy that this location exudes. It is very cognizant of the potential pitfalls of a service department by way of billing stressors, so they are very communicative and educational without conveying condescension or annoyance typically experienced in other dealership service departments.
