This place is awesome. Cheap good cars, free oil changes through the financing period. Excellent customer service.

I purchased my S580e three months ago and was amazed at the level of service this dealership showed. On the day of my purchase, I was particular with my needs, and they checked every box. My Sales agents, Anthony Surface and Sammy Mourtada, couldn't be beat. The speed and efficiency with which they do business, I was on the road with my new vehicle in the time most people spend on a lunch break. Albert in the service department is top-notch in professionalism, quality control with a great personality to boot! Lastly, the Sales Manager Nick Botusan made me a customer for life. They make places like AutoNation Texas (Purchased 5 vehicles prior) look like they are not in the same business. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.

They are backing off on their word, when they should be happy to get rid of the car instead of sending it to auction. It is a nice car, but there are plenty of cars. Two V8's bolted together to produce a W16 engine. If that wasn't enough add in four turbos and ten radiators. This car is why I drove 60 miles out of my way; to see a Bugatti in person. Thing is though, the staff at Crave was interested in my story. I called ahead to ask if the car was still on the showroom floor and they invited me to visit despite knowing I wasn't able to afford the 1.3 million dollar asking price. Customer service I'm happy to say was stellar with every staffer treating me with respect and appreciated me visiting for the sake of curiosity. I purchased a 2025 MINI Countryman (Certified Pre-Owned) from MINI of The Woodlands in Conroe,…read moreTexas at the end of January 2026, and the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I purchased a different vehicle from the dealership and was told I had five days to return the car if I was not satisfied. When I attempted to return the vehicle on the second day, I was informed that the dealership had already sold my trade-in, meaning I could not simply return the vehicle and had to choose another car from their inventory. Because of that situation, I ended up purchasing a different 2025 MINI Countryman, which I was told was a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. However, the day after the purchase, the salesperson who sold me the car contacted me and told me that the vehicle had not actually been certified yet and that I needed to bring it back to the dealership so they could complete the CPO process. Selling a vehicle as Certified Pre-Owned when it has not actually been certified is extremely misleading and unacceptable. I brought the vehicle back the following Saturday so they could supposedly complete the certification process. Unfortunately, that is when the real problems began. Shortly after the appointment, the car began experiencing serious electronic failures, including: * The key fobs repeatedly failing to connect to the vehicle, leaving me locked out of the car multiple times. * When I contacted MINI Connected Services for assistance unlocking the vehicle remotely, they informed me that my address on file was incorrect, meaning the dealership never updated my information properly, which prevented them from helping me unlock my own car. * Soon after, the entire center console stopped working. * The blind spot warning system stopped functioning. * The backup camera stopped working. * I lost the ability to control several major vehicle functions. At that point I contacted the dealership to request a loaner vehicle. I was initially told to drive the car to the dealership, despite the fact that the vehicle clearly had major electronic failures. I explained that I did not feel comfortable driving the car, and the next suggestion was that I personally should tow the vehicle myself, which I refused. Eventually the dealership sent a porter to deliver a loaner vehicle and take the Countryman back. This is not something I should have had to negotiate for. At the time of writing this review, I have now been in the loaner vehicle for nearly a month, with little to no meaningful updates from the dealership about my car. The service department sent me an update on February 24th and I did not receive another update until March 13th. Both updates only informed me that test were still being run on my car with no timeline or resolution given. During this time, I repeatedly asked for the General Manager to contact me, and despite requesting this for nearly a month through multiple employees, the GM never returned my calls. The only time I finally received attention was after I contacted AutoNation ownership directly. Since then, the follow-up has been nonexistent. To make matters worse, I have now had to make a car payment on a vehicle I only had in my possession for about a week and a half, while the dealership continues to hold the car with no clear resolution or timeline. This entire situation has been frustrating and disappointing. What began as a simple vehicle purchase has turned into a long list of issues involving misleading information about certification, vehicle malfunctions, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. At this point, I simply want a clear resolution and accountability from MINI of The Woodlands. For anyone considering purchasing a MINI, I strongly recommend visiting Momentum MINI in Houston instead. They have a significantly better vehicle selection, a far more knowledgeable sales staff and a much more professional service department. Based on my experience, the difference in customer service and overall competence between the two dealerships is substantial. My disappointment has only increased after reading many reviews that reflect the exact same experience I have encountered with Mini of the Woodlands. I should have done better research before trusting this dealership. For anyone reading this, you deserve better treatment from a better dealership where you are treated as a customer not a commission.

Omega Motors screwed me over and won't make it right…read more I bought a 2010 Mini Cooper from Victor in November-December 2019 and was so excited. Prior to going to Omega I had bought a mini cooper that was a lemon and was very hesitant to buy another one. The previous place treated me well and gave me a refund. I repeatedly explained to Victor that my biggest concern was that I didn't want to buy a car and a few months later have it crap out on me or need thousands of dollars in repairs. Victor assured me over and over again that they would never sell a car in the kind of shape and I could trust their reputation of selling high quality cars. It turned out to be the exact situation I was afraid of. My car immediately began small warning signs including rough transition shifting, excessive smoking out the exhaust, and once it even randomly died when I was pulling out of my driveway. It was also missing an entire wheel stud on the back left wheel. Most of these issues ceased rather promptly and were not expressing themselves by the time I could get it to my mechanic. Then the oil light began going on and off. It would be on for a few hours then turn off for a day repeatedly. Then check engine. When I checked the oil it was almost empty! I changed the oil and the problem only got worse. The engine fan would continue running for up to 30 minutes after turning the car off as if the engine was overheating. At that point I had my mechanic try to figure out what was going on with the oil. My mechanic called me and said the car is in such terrible shape he didn't even think it was worth working on. He said there was evidence of water or flooding damage, which was not disclosed to me! Among the repairs he said were needed were replacing spark plugs, misfiring cylinders, replacing thermostat housing under the hood, and engine coolant. He quoted me $1,200 before he could even start looking at the oil situation, which could be a huge cost after the already massive needed repairs. I called and texted Victor about this because it was the exact thing he promised he wouldn't do to me. He refused to answer my calls or texts for a week. I drove to the dealership and asked to speak with the general manager. I talked to Billie and showed him my quote on the required repairs, and Billie tried to get out of helping me saying, "I didn't buy a warranty so I can't help you." Yeah. I didn't buy a warranty because your salesman assured me that you sell high quality cars. I bought a car from you in good faith that it would be a good quality vehicle. If something small had come up this soon and it were just a couple hundred dollars to fix, it would be no big deal. But water damage, $1,200 in repairs, and THEN diagnose the oil? You sold me a piece of crap and you need to make it right. Billie, the manager, told me that he would see if his repair guys could cut me a deal and he would get back with me by the end of the day. He never called me back. I called and texted Billie for a solid week before he finally answered. He tried to send me to his repair guys but I told him I don't want to pay for repairs, I already know what the damage is and how much it's going to cost. I just want my money back. He said it's not that big of a deal to repair, you just have to have the right guys. Okay dude, so take the car back and repair it if it isn't a big deal. He tried to get out of that but I pushed harder and he said he would talk it over and get back with me that day about whether or not they could refund my purchase or buy the car back from me. I even told him I would be fine with them buying it back at a prorated sales prices accounting for the mileage I have driven it since I bought it. It's been weeks now. He never called me back. I have been calling and texting non-stop since. He is refusing my calls and ignoring my texts. They screwed me over and refuse to help me, including Billie the manager. I will never buy a car here again, and would caution everyone: STAY AWAY from Omega Motors in Conroe! Snakes without even an ounce of decency. See all pictures attached.

I want to tell you the magic question to ask. If you see an online listing for a car at Omega-…read morebefore you drive out there, ask specifically "is this a salvage title?" If the answer is something mumbled about a "rebuilt title," you have your answer. Adjust your expectations on whether the car is now priced THAT good (salvage titles should usually be reduced by almost 50% in value). The issue is we were about to drive a great distance to see a car here. We explained that we don't live in the area. We repeatedly asked him to tell us about the car. He explained that the rear quarter panel had been replaced, but that was it, and that it was the most insignificant repair. We called several times with any questions we can think of. We explained that we would be taking it to a mechanic to get a general inspection of the car's condition, is there anything he can disclose that we might expect to see. Nothing. So I would say save yourself the time and ask this specific question before you go out to visit. If you do decide to buy a car here, ask to see the title first so that you verify that it is/isn't a salvage title. Too bad some people don't have the courtesy to be a little more up front with the information.
