They have the best prices of any place I've been, and they really take care in choosing the cars they have. I send everyone I know there, and they have never been disappointed. Usually, buying a car is, at best, an annoying process, and at worst, a freaking nightmare (especially for women). This place made it effortless. I didn't feel tense at all. Over the last few years, they've even helped me find the best places to go for other car-related stuff like tires, paint & body, mechanical, etc. (I had a tiny car accident, unfortunately, but my car is fine now). Bob and Linda are super helpful, and just fun to be around. When was the last time you felt that way about YOUR car salesman? LOVE these guys!!!!

They are honoring their word and paying for my dashboard to get fixed. Manager jimmy doest answer phone calls after Your Car Store Mechanic destroyed my dash board. Still trying to see if they will pay for installation which is over 500 dollars. No response. All I'm looking for is a yes or no on fixing my dash. Broken dash from a botched job. Both Francis the car salesmen and Jimmy the manager told they would REPLACE the dash. They glued a cover on my car in the wrong color then screwed two screws in the side of my vehicle dash to "hold it " in place. When coming to pick up my vehicle when they supposedly "replaced" the dash the mechanic lied and said the car was setting when in reality he had not touched my car. When I called for an update another women I don't know her name was flat out rude. When I came to pick up my truck to reschedule the "replacement" of my dash they LOST MY KEYS! they simply couldn't find them. Car store manager Jimmy refuses to answer any calls of mine to see if the owner will pay to install a new dash. Get everything in writing.

I bought a used car for my daughter. I was treated respectfully and didn't get the "round around"…read morethat I have gotten at other used car places so I can't say enough about the sales man and owner. There was an issue with the car, the very next day, and they stepped up and helped to take care of it. I really appreciated that. In all fairness, the catalytic converter just happened to show a check engine light the day after the sale. It was not their fault but they helped cover it and I will be a repeat customer because they are honest and reasonable.

I just knew to wait. I happened by VMC and pulled in and hoped. I had to wait to recieve actual funds, however I was welcomed by a knowledgeable female sales person who encouraged me to return after I received payoff. Two weeks later, I was met by the GM, Brod Mophet, who had just received the perfect car for me, from a repeat customer. In less time than it takes me to grocery shop, I had inspected, driven and purchased the vehicle, which was in really good condition. Mr. Mophet, realizing my dilemma, made the deal work for me, plus called original owner to check on a concern I had discovered in research. The owner let him know about something he should check. Well, still within the next few minutes, he agreed to take care of concerns and asked if I wouldn't mind giving him time to make things just right FOR WHAT I HAD! There was none of the "No, This is an 'as is sale' for your funds." Or, comments like, "Come see me when you're serious, no way your getting a car like you had for that amount", or completely ignoring me as a well known used car resource had done. He knew I was in a bind, and all that seemed to matter to Brod was getting that gorgeous car ready for me. He could have sent me away, tried to flip me into a car I couldn't afford, or charged more than I had. He did not. As we were leaving, I was so thankful that in an hour and 45 minutes, including everything. I was on my way. Truly this dealership is concerned about their clients having a 'victory', as well as making a sale. Victory Motor Cars where clients are the winners. Highly recommended over competition. Go back often. New pre-owned cars come in daily. I posted my picture, which I never do, because I'm not an employee, I'm relating a real experience.

Everything was going smoothly until we got to the actual "out the door price". They tack on a $4590 "Keating pkg & service reconditioning" charge that includes LoJack, "paint and fabric protection" and paintless dent repair. When I pointed out that I didn't want these things, they flipped the script and said I "was asking for a discount" as opposed to what I actually wanted which was to pay for the car, dealer fees, and be done. Shady practices like these should be avoided and dealers need to be shamed when they try tacking on packages that cost 1/5 of what the car itself costs.
