It had no stains or damage., just needed it to be freshened. When I picked it up a few days later, the sweater had three large holes in the front. The sweater returned to me was folded on a hanger with plastic over it. The front of the sweater was folded inward, hiding the three large holes. It was clearly folded that way so that the damage would not be apparent to me and I wouldn't see it until I got home and took it off the hanger. I am still so upset - first because of the damage to a new sweater I loved, and then because it appears to have been intentionally hidden. I talked to the manager, who took the sweater from me (after I took photos) and he gave me a "loss form" to fill out. I completed the form and returned it a few days later, on September 14. It is now almost a week later and I have not heard anything back. I am waiting for ZIPS to respond and to take responsibility for the damage.
