    Vegetable Hash & Floral Dora

I really enjoyed coming here for brunch, the menu isn't huge but YH really took their time curating they menu to be a balance of flavors. My friends liked the avocado tartine, bloodys & mimosas! Floral Dora: 9/10 Vegetable Hash: 8.5/10 (don't be thrown by the bbq grape, it was delicious!)

Date night review. I made reservations for this location because it had a rooftop and the weather was nice. The location is right downtown and super simple to find. We were escorted upstairs and even though the rooftop views weren't "amazing" it still made for a cool ambience. Our server was Jace (hope I spelled that correctly) and he was great! We had 3 different appetizers since they are tapas style and that was just enough. They also distill their own spirits so we decided to try vodka shots along without drinks. They were POTENT, but much appreciated lol. We can't wait to come back and try more menu items!

The drinks were very yummy. Enjoyed my time, but I did not have a chance to try their food so I will have to visit again soon so I can have a full experience. For more reviews follow @raleighunlocked on Instagram

Visited here for the first time last night for dinner and drinks. Our waitress (can't remember her name) was friendly and helpful with drink suggestions. They had some spooky Halloween drinks on the menu so I ordered the Surprise Sidney. Very tasty. For my entree I ordered the Butternut Squash Risotto which was delicious. Husband ordered the special -- the empanadas. He said they tasted great but thought portion size was small for $18. When it was time to leave we ordered drinks to go to carry through the new social district -- first time doing this! Pretty cool -- they put the date and time on a plastic cup and you are good to go!

This is not your ho-hum meat and cheese board. Well worth the price. Everything was fresh, local and flavorful. It's a meal within itself. The service was great and can't wait to comeback, even just for the whole grain mustard!

Stumbled upon the outdoor sign on the Sunday after Christmas advertising brunch. So we climbed the step stairs like two thirsty mountain goats and sat outside on the inviting outdoor balcony space. We decided to share as much as we could the Brussels with apples and a fried egg amazing. The fried chicken with grits spectacular. Those grits would make any southerner proud. Bloody Mary's were good but could be jazzed up with some better snacks on the stick!! Theo house donut is pretty damn tasty also.

This is a nice casual spot to meet up with friends. They have some decent cocktails using their liquor. Among our groups, there were some definite winners but a few misses. The Agave Bacon Tartine was delicious (thick soft bread topped with bacon jam and a little bit of arugula so you feel like you're eating healthy). We also enjoyed the prosciutto wrapped dates. The Brussel Sprouts were a miss; it was very saucy which just didn't work for the dish.

Came here for brunch to celebrate a special occasion. Cocktails were very good...Love that they distill and infuse their own spirits. They were really sweet to bring us complementary French toast to celebrate our occasion. The brunch menu was decent with limited selections. Really enjoyed the winter salad & salmon cakes. The entrees didn't really excite us but they were flavorful. Need to go back to try their regular menu.

Mia was a great server! Me and a friend ordered a ton of food and it was all delicious! Farm to table so the menu changes frequently. The mimosas were delicious. Try the pineapple mimosa and the cranberry mimosa - you won't regret it.

We had a great dinner date night here last night. I made reservations on line which were quick & easy. We were greeted immediately by two friendly ladies and seated very quickly. The inside dining area is nice, clean and I love the exposed brick. The service was seriously amazing. We had to very nice young man who new the menu in detail. We both decided on the bacon relish burger and the potatoes w beer cheese. First the burger was awesome. 2 think Pattie's w a bacon relish and delish bun. The potatoes were seriously out of this world. I appetizer we got was the duck confet with chicken Pate on yummy bread. Nice selection of beers on tab too!! We'll be back for sure.

Staff was very friendly, and service was very quick especially for it being a Friday night in downtown Raleigh. The restaurant atmosphere was nice, it was not too loud inside. Which is always a plus, I see myself coming back again.

Summer salad, ceviche, mushroom lettuce wraps
    Autumn D.

I gave a 3 because the drinks were amazing. Food was average, overpriced, and not filling. We came here for my husbands birthday with a group of 10 people yesterday. It was very pretty inside and the drinks were amazing! That's where my praise ends. We ordered the summer salad, mushroom lettuce wraps, and the ceviche. Our waiter told us the plates were really big. You can see in this picture the size of the plates but I don't think this picture does it justice. The ceviche was small (don't be fooled by the potato cracker things) and didn't taste very good. The mushroom lettuce wraps had fried mushrooms that tasted burned or maybe dirty oil? I'm not sure. We ate everything we got but the food we ordered was very average. The summer salad was our favorite but it's just a salad. Some of the other people in our party ordered the sliders, potatoes, and other heavy meat dishes. They said it was all really good but small. We ended up getting more food elsewhere later that evening because we weren't full after spending so much money on the food we ordered. I would definitely go back for drinks but I won't be back for a meal anytime soon.

With little signage the space feels like a natural speakeasy. It's unpolished enough to feel a little sleazy, yet polished enough to never feel dirty. Whether you're a serious whiskey enthusiast or just looking for a well-made cocktail, you're in good hands. Being open later than most Raleigh bars makes Foundation one of the city's go-to late-night options, but that shouldn't overshadow what it really is........a great bar at any hour. The atmosphere, the drinks, and the people behind the bar make this a place worth seeking out whether it's your first stop of the evening or your last.

Service started off a little hands-off since we ordered at the bar, but picked up toward the end when staff came by to check in. Well, I finally got to try Brewery Bhavana and it was indeed incredible. Definitely worth the hype. We met my coworker and her partner here for dinner, and I was grateful we had a reservation because this spot was poppin' on a Monday night! The dining room is huge, but the decor breaks things up a bit and makes your meal feel intimate. Everything is shareable, so I highly recommend visiting with fellow foodies who want to try a little bit of everything. Honestly the entire menu sounded amazing, and it was hard to choose! Thankfully our servers provided some excellent recommendations. The Pork Bao was probably my favorite bite of the night, and may very well have been the best Bao I've ever had. The Lap Cheung Fried Rice was also delicious, and I'm usually not a fried rice person! Also worth mentioning is the Lo Mein, which we ordered with chicken. We didn't stay for dessert, but all of their sweet offerings sounded incredible as well. I did try one of the beers they brew on-site, the Sow. It was light and sippable, and I appreciate their diverse beer and cocktail offerings. I can't wait to visit Raleigh again because this will be my first stop!

We arrived on a busy Sunday evening without a reservation and were told the wait would be about 40 minutes. Instead of simply putting us on a list, Alfredia, the host, immediately made us feel welcome. She even offered me a cup of ice water after noticing we'd walked over in the summer heat. A few minutes later, she found a way to get our family seated much sooner than expected. That small act of kindness set the tone for the entire evening. Our server, Toni, was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic, he guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations. Every suggestion was spot-on, and it was obvious he knew the menu well. The food was outstanding. The Duck Flautas were a great start. The She-Crab Soup was rich and flavorful. The Wagyu Burger with caramelized onions, truffle aioli on brioche was excellent--my son says it's the best burger he's ever had. The Mediterranean Chicken Piccata was beautifully prepared with confit fingerling potatoes, charred asparagus, goat cheese, sun-dried tomato tapenade, and piccata sauce. We were so busy enjoying dinner that we completely forgot to take photos until dessert--which probably says everything. The Beignets with cold brew icing were excellent, and the warm Brownie with salted caramel ice cream was the perfect ending to the meal. What also impressed us was that Chef Jonathan stopped by our table to check on our meal, and Ravin, the General Manager, took time to welcome us personally and make sure everything about our visit was going well. We never felt rushed. Great food may bring people through the door. Great hospitality is what brings them back. The Crunkleton gave our family one of those dinners we'll remember long after the trip is over. The atmosphere is stylish without feeling pretentious, the service is genuinely warm, and it's clear that everyone there takes pride in what they do. If you're visiting Raleigh--or if you're fortunate enough to live there--I would absolutely recommend giving The Crunkleton a try. We left talking not only about how much we enjoyed the meal, but also about the people who made the evening special. Thank you to Alfredia, Toni, Chef Jonathan, Ravin, and everyone behind the scenes for making a simple family dinner into such a memorable experience. We absolutely will be back.
