They can the very next day and let me tell you, I was amazed! My property looked as if it was brand new again. He brought some of his crew with him, told me they are very professional, often the same crew each time that comes to your house, and that they are very dependable. Well none of this turned out to be true. HIs crew came out a total of 3, maybe 4 times. They scratched up my walls with black marks each time, on several occassions left dust balls and did not clean under the beds. After complaining the first time, Matt called me back to tell me I should get a magic eraser to fix the walls and said this would not happen again. The last time they cleaned, Matt waited a few days to call me back (even though he charged my card instantly) and became extremely rude and arrogant claiming that the scratches were "hairline" and asking me "haven't you ever bumped into your walls before?" Yes Matt, I have bumped into my walls before, but not every time I am in my house in 2 hour windows and I don't leave gouges or pay myself $200 each time to do it. On top of that, he claimed (at the end of the call, which is not legal in consumer law) he was recording this call and that he was going to share this recording with others on social media if I wrote a negative review. I say go for it Matt, show your customers how you treat them. Already contact my bank and the BBB and will make sure I get my money back, but do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this company.

One day I received a text that my cleaner was in an accident and wouldn't arrive. I found out later that was a lie. She and her family were picked up by ICE and deported though they are not gang members nor criminals. They sent someone else who seemed completely untrained and ill prepared to clean my home. She used an abrasive pad on the stainless steel trim on my custom Elmira stove that permanently scratched the surface. This appliance matches my custom refrigerator, major features of my home. On top of that she did not have a vacuum cleaner. Instead of asking to use my vacuum cleaner she left with the floors still dirty. I hoped that my previous cleaner would return but instead they sent another subpar cleaner who arrived without a vacuum cleaner. I started thinking they are just hiring anyone off of the equivalent of Craigs list. Since then they have done nothing regarding the damage to my appliance. On 2 January, I received a Yelp message from Oscar and I had many questions i.e. price, inclusions, location, etc. I was quoted $90/he with a driving fee of $95. I only needed our bathrooms cleaned, however for $185 I also needed to know what was included, I received that list a day later. I text today at 2pm to confirm the appointment, Oscar Hasegawa responded and stated he "never heard back from me after he messaged the list to confirm". Apparently he skipped the text sent on 5 January at 4:55p confirming the price and again on 7 January at 5:10p confirming the date and time. I would not suggest using this "company", apparently customers are supposed to read this man's mind and provide a specific statement in order to confirm.

They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. I don't believe such a horribly bad company could lie like this in public.
