They're all so knowledgeable, friendly, & take the time to make sure you're getting exactly what you need. The shack is always tidy, there's never a long wait, & I love that you get a free water with purchase or when they have little candies out. Jovani even helped & watched me walk to my car one time when there was a sketchy truck circling the parking lot slowing down to look at me. I took the device into Cloud 9 and Michelle immediately saw the problem was the magnetic ring had become dislodged from the tank. A new tank was surprisingly cheap and I am now happily filling my lungs again with sweet clouds of tobacco-flavored nicotine vapor.
