Today I arrived at 10:03am, and by the time I worked my way up to the counter, at 10:10 am I was told I would need to come back in an hour to see Lana since she was already with a client. This is common and fine, especially if you have a preferred tech. So, I was more than happy to return. I returned under an hour later at 11:05am and was told she was already with someone else and I mentioned I was back in less than an hour later. That's when the receptionist could have cared less. She stated she didn't tell me that, and that it was someone else, which it was. The lack of communication and care clearly relayed we don't want your business, or you can just keep trying. The dismissive attitude was clear. So, time to move on. What a shame. I have come here for years and now none of that matters.

But if you ever have a bad or simply a not 5 star experience here they mark your number and do not pick up when you call to schedule an appointment or get resolved. The review of another person resonates, in her case they messed up her feet. This is a red flag for me. Be careful. I must've called 20 times in the last 6 months at different times and never picks up. Costumer service can improve - a lot

We enjoyed glasses of sparkling wine while relaxing, which made the whole experience feel extra special. The entire front desk team was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, making us feel right at home. We walked out with fresh feet ready for sandal weather and such a great overall experience. Already looking forward to our next visit!

I was pleasantly surprised. I came on a Sunday and it was bustling. Almost all techs and their 25+ chairs were filled including 15 Mani spots. Therefore, I can't complain about feeling rushed. I decided on the uptown Pedi and polish change. The chairs are beautiful but not strong in massage. I guess it's the make/ model. However, i was granted a mimosa after I sat down. That was great. It was decent. The tech was OK. I dont care for flowers, this I requested the green tea but got rose instead; fine. My face isn't down in the bowl. They tried to have me get my nails done simultaneously but I declined. I wanted a relaxing experience vs a rushed one. I went simple bubble bath on nails as im interviewing. I liked the polish change but she was very nervous about cutting the nails so I had to. Again, I like them short. Im very active. All-in-all it was an ok experience. I can see why the fan fair. Its a beautiful spot. Make sure you request an established tech though. I can see where issues would arise. Im not a fanbof my toes but I get them done regularly so im not going to freak out.

I used to see Ava, and since she moved I've started seeing Q, who's been fantastic. Absolutely make an appointment though, bc it can get busy really fast. The drink menu is great as well. They offer a wide variety of teas, other drinks, and wine. No massage chairs for the pedicures, but that's okay because it gives the whole space a more classy, upscale feel. The recent addition of Fabi at the front desk really perfects the J'Adore Nails experience! She makes sure everyone is greeted, has a drink in hand, and knows the wifi password if they need it. The whole time I was there I don't think I saw her sit down once -- she was constantly helping other staff, prepping pedicure chairs, or cleaning. She's the perfect addition to the team!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid nail salon with great service all around!

The nail tech put gloves on and then preceded to touch the register, her phone, and many other surfaces. I noticed that I was not offered a drink when I went in like everyone else and the nail artist was rushing through my nails because she had to repair someone else's nails that were chipping. just a bit more time was needed because everything is so uneven, it doesn't really look intentional. She also didn't have me wash my hands after drilling down so there is dust in my paint and she rubbed the dust all over me with an oil at the end. Also, just note that apparently polka dots cost $20 to add to your nails. Overall, I wouldn't go here again, they were pretty rough on my cuticles and they're pretty tender and red from the service. Plus I feel like the outcome isn't worth the money, nor is the customer service. The man doing my pedicure was nice, but when I paid and tipped he immediately said something in a different language to my nail tech, so I'm assuming it was about how little I tipped which really left a bad taste in my mouth. Here is my set vs the inspo pic. $135 plus tip later, I left in a bad mood.
