We came here to exchange our car since ours had a nail in our tire and we had to change it for a donut. It took an hour to finally get something. The gentleman there was very nice, but we paid for a suv and he gave us no choice but to take the Camry which was only a quarter tank full. We already filled the suv and it was very inconvenient to have to fill this one up too, I assumed at pick up it would be full and we could be on our way to the Yosemite National park. This is our last day so it was pretty annoying having to deal with all this... I think they know their customers are desperate so they can get away with these things... unfortunate.

Half dome seemed at my fingertips El Capitan was waiting on my left and five waterfalls were foaming and rolling thousands of gallons upon gallons hundreds of feet down to the valley floor . Then you could see bumper-to-bumper traffic that was i was not in beside the beautiful Merced river. Tony knew every named mountain named waterfall peak and answered every question I had for him. Outside was full of dirt, windshield was visible but with thick dirt film, all the dashboards and seats had makeup marks and glitter, we had to clean interior of car before we left town. On my return drive I experienced a warning light with a red ! .... The Sonora location was not open yet, so I contacted the main number `which switched me to ROADSIDE ASSISTANTCE. I was fortunate to speak to Gabby from TX who was very helpful, but then we got disconnected when driving over the Tehachapi Pass.... I called back and got Jonathan from Missouri.... Right out of the gate, tone and impression from Jonathan.... He did not like his job, nor did he want to be there.... I could not understand when a person calls in due to need of road service, or if there is an emergency; how can the receiver be so rude, condescending, and unprofessional...? When I called in to the road side service, I had described the warning light in detail; unfortunately, ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE staff was not able to research, but jump to conclusions, stating it was a "mechanical issue"...?! I was able to contact my BF, and he was able to research the warning code, and it was a proximity warning light.... Overall the Sonora location was good to me, but ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE could use a better vetting process for hiring customer service staff.... The only reason I gave 5 stars was because of Moli and her staff in Sonora....
