I asked about renting a car and she gave me the "do you have full coverage insurance " question FIRST! Followed by are you over 25. I guess prior to them renting a car they have to qualify if I'm the type of person that want to rent to. I thought being new to town and seeing a local spot I'd give them a try...NOPE ....I'm kinda glad I only made to a phone couldn't image what renting from them would've have been like!!! In Nevada, Budgets are franchised owned so all NV facilities are unable to make changes to contracts/ add drivers. Also said since we had a second driver, the third would have to pay, even if they could have made the addition. Car came filthy! Outside was full of dirt, windshield was visible but with thick dirt film, all the dashboards and seats had makeup marks and glitter, we had to clean interior of car before we left town. Would not recommend, would not use again.

We were hoping to get the car dropped off to us since national (another partner branch) has offered that service (maybe it's different here) There's only one person running the show. We came here to exchange our car since ours had a nail in our tire and we had to change it for a donut. It took an hour to finally get something. The gentleman there was very nice, but we paid for a suv and he gave us no choice but to take the Camry which was only a quarter tank full. We already filled the suv and it was very inconvenient to have to fill this one up too, I assumed at pick up it would be full and we could be on our way to the Yosemite National park.
