Shakes, fried pies, strawberry shortcake...they've got every course covered. Griff's feels like a throwback to a time when fast food had a little more personality and tasted like somebody actually cared. Places like this are getting harder to find. It's right across from Louisiana Tech, so expect a line when school's in session. Don't let it scare you off. It's absolutely worth the wait. Face it, people like Griff's.
