Found Shonan Beauty via social media. I'm no stranger to cosmetic procedures and had been thinking about an upper bleph for a while, but decided to do the QCW instant double eyelid surgery since it's so quick and reversible. The clinic was great - very clean, staff very helpful; I was conflicted over a parallel or a tapered crease (I already have a tapered crease but it's small) and hadn't decided until I got to the OR but they were very patient in helping me. Really pleasant professional process and I was done within 40 min. Of course I was nervous about healing esp bc my eyes were pretty swollen and seemed asymmetric - which was one of my pet peeves and I said before that I'd rather not have the surgery than have it asymmetric - but it healed beautifully and the swelling seemed to mostly dissipate within 7 days. I've been wanting to get my eyelids done for years but was skeptical of getting surgery. I was scrolling on IG & their page popped up. What excited me was that they have a non-incisional eyelids procedure. I told my friend about it & she have been wanting to get hers done as well. We both flew in from Arizona for the day. Dr Suzuki is a very nice, professional and ethical doctor. I'm an out of town patient. I didn't come in for an actual simulation / consultation before my actual surgery day. Everything was done through online/ video appointment. Their office has very strict policy regarding surgery scheduling. So I had to pay everything in full before my surgery day. When I actually came in for my surgery, dr Suzuki had a formal consultation and simulation with me. She wanted me to understand that the final result will not be obvious for my case given my previous surgery in the same area. She was very honest and didn't want to force any procedure or treatment if we didn't have the same expectation. They allowed me to get my full refund and cancel my surgery. I really appreciate her honesty and professionalism. Her office is awesome. They have so many different packages and skin treatment. I had the QCW eyelid procedure done. My eyes were swollen and bruised afterwards. It hurt a lot for me, but the overall results after about 2.5 weeks looked good. The procedure is pretty quick but because it was painful for me it seemed a lot longer. The staff there is super friendly. read more

I first found out about SBC through Instagram and was very interested in being one of their QCW models. I've have hooded monolids all my life and using eyelid tape was not very efficient as I wanted longer lasting results. The clinic was very welcoming and clean. Dr. Yoko made sure that I had the eyelids I always wanted as she was not hesitant to answer any questions. The staff was also able to reassure me throughout the process which relieved my nerves. The procedure only took 45 minutes which is very short but I knew the results were going to look amazing. I hardly felt anything as local anesthesia was applied to my eyes. After the procedure, the nurse provided me with some medication to help my recovery. I hardly got any bruising and recovery only lasted 2 weeks. It's been a month now and I can confidently say that I love my eyes even more. I have gotten numerous compliments and it has boosted my confidence so much. This doctor give me infection. This is a type of doctor the clinic would hire her to mess up your life. There other location is in Irvine but they don't have Yelp for Irvine location as yet. Dr Katrina is also weird. The front desk people are so entitled and they answered my questions like they're annoyed from me. They messed up my appointment a few times. The last procedure I did with Dr Suzuki. She give me a really bad infection. I would not recommending anyone to come here. You will waste your money and time. If you have a lot of money to spend or someone they would know they will come out to take you in first. They have many promotions sound good but if you come in and not ready to but more service they give you more attitude, "why you don't buy this. Is good for you?" The doctor, PA's and staff made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. The cool thing was I went in for a free consult and had a Facial Plastic Surgeon from Beverly Hills and his 2 highly trained PA's in the room as well as a patient concierge. Most places around here you get an RN if you're lucky (And that's not a put down on RN's! I am one myself so I'm just very picky on who gives me advice about my face.) This health care team encouraged me to try non-invasive interventions and work my way up which I respect. We decided to try collagen induction (micro-needling with PRP), and then if needed add on a Titan tightening laser treatment, then Cosmetic Threads before even thinking about a facelift. Considering my age (40's) and my lack of desire for general anesthesia this was great advice. I'm going in next week to get started and will provide some updates. Bottom line: If you're picky about your aesthetics like I am, I highly recommend Dr.Allen Foulad - Facial Plastic Surgeon, Diana Ruiloba PA-C and Scott Mortensen PA-C. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Dr Riboni's office. Hands down the best! They are all so warm and welcoming. All the girls make you feel very comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Diana administered my injections, she was so meticulous and gentle and genuinely cared about how comfortable I was during the procedure and the outcome afterwards. She also used a vibration tool that basically tricks your nerves as you are being injected as well as topical numbing cream. I felt nothing. To say I was in safe hands is an understatement. I've had a deep line on my forehead that I was extremely insecure about for years which Diana finally corrected. I've been to so many cosmetic offices over the years and not one was able to completely erase this line, with a combination of filler and Botox you would never know it was there. I am more than pleased. Such a relief to find an office that meets all of my expectations and more. There is nothing more disappointing than paying money and not seeing the results you hoped for. Dr. Huynh is a godsend. He performed Lower Bleph on me beautifully, and the result came out amazing. Minimal swelling for the first week and super fast recovery. I love this place for laser hair removal! A friend originally recommended me and I'm so happy she did. The consultation for removing hair around my upper lip, chin, sideburns, and upper neck went so well. I felt so accepted and so welcome about something that I had been beating myself up about for years. The price for 5 sessions was really reasonable and worth it too!
