Unfortunately, my experience initially started off poorly when the cashier seemed dismissive when I mentioned I had reward points saved on the app. When I received my order, I immediately noticed a dairy taste, which I can't consume. After pointing out the issue, the cashier insisted that I had ordered incorrectly, showing a lack of customer service. However, Kiley stepped in to save the day! She was amazing--attentive, kind, and focused on ensuring I was happy without any complaints. I believe Robbie also came by to reassure me that everything would be taken care of. Both Kiley and Robbie's energy was wonderful, and they turned my experience around by fixing the mistake and treating me with genuine kindness. Thank you both for making my day!
