Super 1 foods in Coeur d'Alene is one of the exceptions to that. The store is large, they have a good selection, for the most part everything is organized well (their freezer section could use a redo). But the biggest thing about super One is they have a lunch/deli / hot bar counter. So what about the Post Falls super One? First of all, it's not as large as the Coeur d'Alene location. It's also not as well laid out. It has one of those confusing mazes at the opening of the store to get into it and to get into some of the sections. It's also not quite as well laid out. I have a harder time finding things when I'm here. The staff is all super friendly and helpful, no complaints there. So again, I don't like grocery stores, I would rather, much rather, go to the super One in Coeur d'Alene. But if you're in Post Falls this is better than most grocery stores in the area.

The gentleman who begrudgingly went back to his car after I mentioned, "Did they lock you out? It's not 9:00," said yes! I told him they did that to me once. He said he only had one thing to grab. The main reason I'm not a fan of grocery stores is how poorly laid out they are (intentionally) and how hard it is to find anything (again, intentionally). Well, WinCo falls into that category for me. It might the most poorly laid out grocery store I know. Another thing I don't like is that they only accept cash or debit cards. Annoying you can't pay with a credit card. Normally this would be a 2-3 star review, so why four stars? Well, first it's super inexpensive. They have great prices here. It's run by a sweet older gentleman and features many varieties of fruit, veggies, and a limited selection of groceries. Many of his items seem to be "seconds" (perhaps bruised fruit, or a veggie a little past its prime) but the prices make a stop here worth it if you're willing to dig around for the good stuff (or just cut off the "bad" parts when you get home). I bought a HEAP of fruit and veggies here and only spent $15. Wheeler's is cash only, so keep that in mind if you stop. And be sure to ask him about the cool antique phone on the counter - it still works!

There have been good moments or at the very least neutral. Primarily, I've been faced with negative and oppressive incidents imbued with racism, prejudice and bigotry projected by Cherie. It is absolutely intolerable. Self-healing and a depth of awareness of Cherie's character acquire her to do a deep review of the hatred and bitterness within that expells out of her being. She severely lacks (non-existent) balance in her mental/emotional health and spiritual wellness. I believe the store itself has great potential and can be a gem to the CdA community but it starts with who Natral Grocers chooses to be the representation of their company.
