I am visiting just down the road and glad to find a non-chain grocery that is open 24 hours. I found the fresh and ready food section to rival those of larger supermarkets and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Oh, and there is a post office and FedEx service inside at the customer service desk. Britanni Haas, the store director gave special attention to my mom for an online/phone order and delivered the perfect set of chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's day! I found their pricing to be very competitive and their fruit to be well stocked and fresh. read more

Scam artists! Don't bother cleaning a Rug Doctor after renting one. They won't give you your deposit back anyway. After I and my son carefully followed all the instructions on the machine as well as those given to us verbally at the store, the clerk literally took a white antibacterial wipe and showed me that the inside of a part left a slight grey mark on the wipe. She then refused to give me back my $40 deposit! What a scam. They should just admit that a rental truly costs $80+! read more

I have been shopping there for 20 years but I try not to do my main shopping there anymore except for sale items.I have found so many items priced almost double what I can get elsewhere, In my opinion they seem to be the most expensive grocery store I have shopped at . Also I liked some of the Western Family brands as a generic brand but since they changed to Food Club it is far inferior. The store is always clean and the staff is always pleasant read more

ORGANIC /NATURAL FOODS Organic and natural foods are in their own section and not integrated with the rest of the store. This is appreciated because it makes it easier for me to shop the products I need without chemicals, genetic modified ingredients or artificial sugars. This is the main reason I shop at the store. LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS I support super 1 grocery stores as they are not a corporate chain, but a small local chain of grocery stores. CUSTOMER SERVICES I've received exceptional customer service at every super one store I've gone to. RAW The store has raw unpasteurized milk which is appreciated. LOCAL SUPPORT The store support local small businesses by carrying local farm products. read more

We used to LOVE your donuts. Especially the apple fritters. I don't know if you changed bakers or you're trying to cut costs, but they're garbage now! They have very little flavor, they're tough to bite into, and my biggish complaint - they're HALF the size of the ones you were making not even 4 months ago. I'm so disappointed. We will not be buying any donuts from you until you change how they're made. Compromising quality is NOT how you do business to save on costs. Shame on you!! read more

This is a very nice and well organized grocery store. They have the organic section on the left if you're walking in, and lots of options and variety for foods that I haven't found at the other surrounding stores. The only draw back is that they don't have a meat fresh place where they put out fresh made dinners. Like at Yoke's they have different things offered daily like stuffed chicken breasts and meats that you can get already marinated and take home for your immediate dinner (you cook it of course) but I really like that and wish this location had it. The Hayden location does, but the selection still isn't as much as Yoke's is so I don't come here as often for that reason. read more

This is actually a review for the Athol ID store but they don't have a page apparently :( I went yesterday for the first time ever and they had an amazing selection of vegan items which I was SO very pleased with!! Chao, Daiya, Califia Farms, too many to name but they also had dandies marshmallows which I thought was amazing AND vegan and gluten free charm crackers! I've never seen with if these two items available in a regular grocery store. Good Work team!! read more

i am visiting in town and making a cake for my 16 year old grandaughter and didn't have my cake baking tools, so I went to the bakery for custom printed edible paper and the baker was stupendous, awesome. She printed them out quickly and She saved me so much time. I can't thank her enough. i love Super one. thank you thank you!!!! read more

Been a faithful customer of the Hayden Super one for going on fifteen years. Have loved the service and pricing. Thats what makes me come back. HOWEVER My last two visits were very concerning. I appreciate how Ron Macintyre hires mostly employees from his church. Most of the time they're very friendly and professional. My last two visits consisted of purchasing beer and wine. I was met with personal opinions one from the checker where she said that she would never allow alcohol of any kind in Her home as she is ringing up my order of both beer and wine. I blew it off as everyone makes social mistakes even though it was somewhat insulting to her customer. Today i again purchased multiple groceries from my list. It did include a six pack for me and a bottle of wine for my wife. Somehow the subject of alcohol came up as the bagger is placing my purchase in the cart. This very young teen expressed the dangers of drinking and it will lead to out of control situations. I told her I personally like the taste of beer and thats where it stops. She said " Only if you can. id be surprised if you can"" WHAT? Im getting lectured about " my drinking" from a teenage very young girl no where near 21 yrs old. I firmly believe as employees of the local grocery store should be friendly and professional AND LEAVE HER PERSONAL RELIGIOUS BELIEFS TO HERSELF. read more

We moved to the area for a very short time (Oct '16 - Mar '17). In that time, we went weekly grocery shopping at this location. We always found what we needed, items were always well stocked and the service here is amazing. Many of the employees began to remember us and our daughter and asked about her when she wasn't with us. The prices were higher than we were used to (moving from Vegas) but the quality was better. OH MY GOD - I had forgotten how amazing bacon is supposed to taste! Seriously, get the pre-sliced bacon from the meat department. Best stuff ever. Our bacon consumption definitely increased after our first purchase there! (I am SOOOO missing flavorful bacon right now - been back in Vegas for a little over 2 months now, going through withdrawals) read more

I like this store and most of the checkers are awesome, but there is a checker named Mary...a blonde older lady, that was so rude to the customer in front of me I was speechless. The customer was an elderly woman who asked that she check the price on one of the items, as her total seemed high...Mary rudely said, "I don't check prices!" She reluctantly did, and the sauce was too high, so she said - "so you don't want it? - fine" and pulled it from the customer's hand impatiently, finally giving her the new total. She didn't thank the lady or offer her help out- nothing. It was beyond rude. Made me want to apologize to the older woman in her behalf, but she was gone by the time I was checked out. I'll never go to Mary again. read more

i worked at the super one store in walla walla for 7 years so i knew exactly what to expect and though the CdA area stores are not affiliated the spokane / WW / Yakima area stores it is still very similar. Great meat department and pretty good bakery. the cashiers are friendly and service is usually pretty good. however i think the prices are a little high, especially their produce, and apparently management doesnt know how to staff for a 12 hour sale if i have to wait til the next day to have a roast sliced. we still prefer shopping at winco but this store is still ok for certain items. and they have my boyd's coffee, which that fact alone earned them an additional star. read more

The manager Brittney is awesome! Shes friendly and accommodating. I needed a cold 12pk of sodas which most stores dont have them cold. She helped me on the phone by putting one in the freezer for me. The guys at my husband's work really enjoyed the lunch and the cold sodas after a long day of working in the hot weather! Thank you Brittney! You rock! read more

This store's customer service restored my faith in humanity! About a month or two ago, I went in to purchase a money order for my rent. I had so much in cash and the rest was going to be put on my dad's credit card..... Little did I know that you can not use a credit card to pay for a money order. This made it so I was $7-8 short of the amount I needed. The girl at the service desk asked me if it was for rent and I confirmed. She then proceeded to open her wallet to make up the difference. Tears instantly rolled down my face. I had not been shown such an act of kindness in so long. She told me that she could see that I could use it more and that she would be happy to pay it forward. Before leaving I asked to speak with a manager and insisted that the girl receive some kind of recognition. However, I have not had a chance to go back and I still feel that more praise is needed because this girl has no idea the true impact she made that day. I am forever grateful to this girl and the Super 1 team for employing such wonderful people and being such a good part of our local community!!!! read more

If traveling from Idaho to Montana and planning on hitting the deli you do not want to hit the Columbia Falls Montana Deli make other plans I patiently complain for 2 years waiting for them to fix the problem but it's like they don't listen or they don't care so heads up to Travelers all the other super ones are excellent I have found just the Columbia Falls Super One They Don't Care About happy eating just not at the Columbia Falls Super One Deli read more
