We love it here for the yogurt but the professionalism is AWFUL... young teenage girl sitting on her phone as customers come in. Doesn't even put the phone down or look up. Just says 'welcome in' in a clearly annoyed voice.... When you're spending $30 for 3 ice creams it would be nice to have some decent service. My goto place for desert particularly when I am craving for ice cream or yogurt. It's close to my place and quality is excellent. They have variety of flavours from strawberry, cookies and cream, chocolate, coconut (seasonal), vanilla, and many more. So many choices of toppings and I ask for cheesecake bites which they keep it in the refrigerator and I get it. Service is excellent and the owner (senior women) always smiling and helpful. Prices reasonable and seating is both inside and outside. Love this place. read more

Used to live right down the street from this place and would come quite often back in the day, especially when I was craving something lighter than Cold Stone. Came back for the first time in about 5 years and the yogurt is still good, but not out of this world. But the crappy part is there's no samples allowed and no self serving of toppings. So either they're stuck in Covid mode or have some super tight margins. Still was 10 bucks for a full cup of yogurt with no toppings though. Place has kind of gotten depressing. This is my favorite FroYo stop!! It's absolutely the best I've ever had! I saw a complaint that they do t allow sampling - honestly that's one of my favorite things about it. A friend brought me some froyo from here the other day. Although it wasn't bad, I still preferred the flavor from Menchies and was told that the staff was not that friendly. The owner & staff are also spreading Anti-American conspiracy theories like Qanon and 2000 Mules "documentary" when customers are in the location. It makes sense since this location did not take Covid seriously. The behavior at this small business is unacceptable and spreading loony anti-American theories to an unsuspecting customer is not professional. You are ostracizing customers. The yogurt is pretty good and they stayed open during the pandemic. The only difference is that they put the toppings on for you now. Yes, the prices are still a bit high, but I enjoyed the Dole Whip, strawberry milkshake and coconut flavors on a recent visit. As long as the Dole sticks around, I will be happy. read more

Yogurtology is a great concept.. for $.45 an ounce you fill your own extra large cup full of frozen yogurt with flavors ranging from tart to cookies and cream, perhaps 10 flavors available at any given time. After you fill your yogurt then you are in complete control of your toppings, fruit, cereal, cookies, even baklava.. so you have to be careful because this will add up really fast.. what you might consider a small is misleading due to the fact that they only have one extra large cup size.. so even the larger portion still looks small in the huge cup. After hearing so much about this place we all decided to go ahead and give it a try. Me being on a low carb diet figured that they wouldn't have anything to offer. So was I surprised to see that they have a sugar free tart frozen yogurt. So I filled my cup with the SF tart, strawberries and blueberries. Ended up with an 11oz cup, ooops, had no idea! First bite, very very good! A mellow tartness followed by only a slight chemical after taste. However, within 20 minutes of finishing the cup I was having stomach cramps, within an hour I was clinging onto the hope of my underwear staying clean. Thank goodness I made it home! So this place went from a 4 star to a 2 star.. for sugar free it still tasted decent enough though whatever they use to sweeten it, beware, can cause stomach irritation. read more

This makes me sad. We used to love it here so much, but we won't be back. First off, the noxious smell that hits you when you enter is strong enough to make you gag. How can the owners not be aware of this and do whatever it takes to fix this problem?!! I am a regular client of both the UPS store and Scottsdale Nails just doors down in the same center, and they never smell like this. Second, they have basically no covid-19 precautions. There's a small sign that requests you use a napkin to hold the machine handles, but the employees do not come out from behind the counter to enforce it. (I watched two different people use their bare hands while I was (plugging my nose and) waiting for my DD to get her yogurt. The employees put the toppings on for you now, but as another reviewer stated, they don't even wear masks while they do it. Their yogurt may still be some of the best tasting in the valley--I wouldn't know because I was too nauseous from the smell to get any--but between the stink and the lack of concern for public safety, we'll be going to Menchies from now on. read more

Stopped by here with my Niece and parents last Friday. Arrived at 9:45am and peeked through the windows as they were not open. The owner ran over and opened up 15 minutes early for us! Really nice woman, who was a pleasure to talk with. She let us sample multiple flavors before choosing. I had the Chocolate Pretzel flavor and loaded it up with Reeses Pieces, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Syrup and Caramel Syrup. It was excellent! I will definitely be returning here soon!!! read more

I am a frequent frozen yogurt purchaser and I decided to try this place tonight as opposed to menchies, yogurt land or other places I frequent because it is close to my home. It was spotless which is great, but I just found it a little insulting that I couldn't take my own samples. She then explained that little kids were double dipping with the sampling cups and so all samples need to be handled by the employees. Hmmm....just a little off putting... But the reason I gave 3 stars is the prices were double what I am used to paying...I kept double checking everything to see if there was a mistake. Why soooo expensive? Organic? Hand mixed? Local ingredients...idk...do they want an arm or one of my legs as well...??? Anyway just a little more than I was prepared to pay for a Sunday evening yogurt run. read more

I expected to like this more than I did. It's a turn-off to not be allowed to get your own samples. I understand they probably do it to reduce people coming in and getting huge samples without buying anything. However, those of us who do buy something feel infantilized. My other issue was the employee hovering while I was getting my Yogurt, like I was going to make a huge mess. He was very polite but it was off putting. The Yogurt was very creamy and I would have probably enjoyed the salted caramel if I hadn't recently had Zoyo's salted caramel (its knock your socks off good). Also, the candy toppings were more or less whole which means you're having to cut up a candy bar with a plastic spoon. No thank you. I was looking for a snack before a doctor appointment in the area and came here based on Yelp reviews. Don't think I'll return. read more

My daughter gets the exact same thing every time and what used to be $4-5 is now $8+ for a small bowl of yogurt with one cc cookie square on top. Lots of other choices of businesses out there. Sorbet-like mixes such as Pomegranate provide a nice and welcome contrast. Since I don't like tart flavors, I can't speak to those. Also, the yogurt is more dense here than at other places, giving it the consistency of gelato: less air whipped in = more goodness. A staff member MUST assist you with trying different flavors; I am told this is for hygiene reasons. Since most yogurt places allow you to sample flavors yourself, the policy must be explained to newcomers. A friendly sign explaining this would be nice. The toppings bar is diligently stocked with a wide variety of goodies, all the time. Are you tempted? Here are 2 things you need to know if you want to be a regular: - Loyalty discount! Buy 8 cups of yogurt, and get a $3.00 discount. Tell them to set you up on the system, and give your last name every time you buy yogurt. Now, you will have to remind them EVERY time you buy yogurt, or you will not get it! Sadly, they will not ask. I learned that the hard way, and missed out on credit for 8+ cups of yogurt. - Groupon! Best place for frozen yogurt around! I do like most frozen yogurt places, but Yogurtology is #1 in my eyes. The flavors are delicious. The flavor that keeps me coming back is oatmeal cookie. I love anything and everything oatmeal related, and this fantastic froyo is no exception. I also like the chocolate, and when they have red velvet. I'm not really into fruity ones, but the ones at Yogurtology are pretty tasty. Never had problems with people working the cashiers or anything. Occasionally you'll be waiting to try a sample and there will be no cups and hard to find someone to help you, but usually not much of a problem. Also I wish they had crushed up Reese's instead of miniature ones, they just taste better to me! I am a return customer and it will be staying that way! read more
