I took my granddaughter there yesterday around 4:30 PM. The entire place was empty when we walked in. We waited at the front for over a minute for an employee to come out of the back. She could not have been more disinterested. We made our order and discovered several types of yogurt were empty. The toppings area was a disaster. More than half the topping containers were empty. The ones mounted on the wall were filled but many of them were missing completely. The floor in front of the fruit containers was sticky and gross. The candy topping were limited with over half empty and the ones they had were mixed with other things. As we finished a 2nd person (an employee?) came from the back and began serving herself. The inside tables were sticky and gross. The bathroom was disgusting and the floor sticky. The whole thing smelled of urine. The initial employee was busy typing on her cell phone and never seemed bothered by the condition of the interior. My bill was 13.00. It will be the last they will see of me until things change dramatically. I try to support local businesses but they need to make an effort to get my business. read more

Decent place with some good flavors of frozen yogurt. I loved that they have free samples, as there was a place in Rochester MN, who wouldn't let you try. It's very difficult to make a choice specially when you have so many options. I tried the chocolate flavor with some nuts on top, while my wife went for a coconut flavored one, seems to be seasonal. The staff was helpful and like I said the free samples helped in deciding which one to try since this was the first time we were here. There is a lot of street parking and also some parking right behind the store. Don't think this gets crowded enough, but we were on the way home back from Costco, when we decided to give this a shot on a winter day. Can't say I like the pricing as the small one is not most effective size but you pay quite much. Whereas the medium one, is just a few bucks cheaper and much more yogurt. Be careful of what you add though, coz that will increase the price. read more

Very good flavors, if you like what they have. Floor was incredibly dirty! They only had one worker, and he did okay, but it was busy. Some of the Flavors were empty so you couldn't get them. It was still pretty good, and I would get it again! read more

very disappointed, heart broken and depressed. i am a person whom cannot consume dairy. i was mislead by the deceptive website. they claimed to acquire dairy-free options like tangerine and many other sorbet flavors. on the website it states," At all times, Yogurt Lab will have 1 machine, or 2 flavors, dedicated to serving dairy-free flavors..." . so when i excitedly wandered through the doors on a 95 degree day, and already bought my $5 cup, i was quick to discover that they did not indeed have ANY dairy-free flavors. so i awkwardly and disappointedly strolled over to the toppings and got a very overpriced cup of fruit. so from now on i will invest my hard-earned dollars in well-run places like CherryBerry and PinkBerry. sorry Yogurt lab you have lost a costumer by pure evil deception. if i could award you guys a 0/5 i would any day. read more

We decide to go have a yogurt tonight and went out of our way to go to yogurt Lab. I read the reviews and thought, it can't be that bad. Boy was I wrong. We walked in and it was beyond disgusting. It looks like things haven't been cleaned for weeks. Filthy floor, food all over the place., wouldn't touch it.. the health department needs to shut the place down!!! After a long day of running errands this was a perfect stop before heading home. I was actually surprised to see how busy it was for a late evening in the middle of the week. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!! From the bathrooms to the front counter to the topping bars- beyond filthy. I heard other customers comment on the conditions as soon as they walked in as well. Two teenager employees were hiding in the backroom, vaping, in between ringing up customers. Don't waste your money here, or risk your health. read more

I love yogurt lab but the Maple Grove yogurt lab is by far the nastiest. The bathroom is nasty, some of the frozen yogurt was at a slushy consistency. The condiment bar was just a mess. Just turn around and go to a different yogurt lab!! read more

Tried yogurt lab for the first time. We walked in and the place was super messy. There was yogurt all over the stations and floor. Also, the topping stations were very messy and low. The yogurt flavors were alright. We had the cookies and cream one, which was pretty good. I personally would choose cherry berry over this place-better flavors and way cleaner! read more

This place has really gone down hill. The staff was unpleasant and the toppings were all mixed with each other. Now, I know that kids can be messy but my goodness, do the employees even care anymore? I recently went to this establishment not too long ago. The minute I walked through the door I smelt a very strong scent that smelt like vape juice. I thought that maybe it was just the flavors of yogurt until I saw an employee walk out into the open holding a huge E-Cigarette and that was when I knew that the workers were vaping in the back and that was why it smelt so bad when I walked in. It will be hard for me to go back knowing that the employees don't take their jobs very seriously or care about the customer's experience in Yogurt Lab. read more

I go to the Maple Grove location as often as possible!! This place is fantastic and incredible!! The customer service is AMAZING! The concept is fantastic! I recommend this place for ANY event.. whether it's a date night or fun with friends or family time!! Must go!! read more

DIRTY. I wish we wouldn't have stoped there. We thought it would be somewhere new to try but ended up being very disappointed. I like the concept better than Cherry Berry (one price versus paying by the ounce), but that is all I liked about it. Everything about the place was dirty. There was a mop bucket ON THE COUNTER, but clearly no one had mopped! The floors were very dirty, but it wasn't a rainy day, so not sure why the floor was so dirty. The self serve topping area was especially dirty - all the toppings had other toppings in there and the catch tray below hadn't been cleaned out in a long time! The bathroom was disgusting and had not been properly cleaned in a long time, the worst part was that there wasn't any soap in there - not sure how they are washing their hands! Disappointing. Prices are now by cup size and not by ounce. Small cup was $4.29 and I got 6.9 oz = 61 cents an ounce! Are you kidding me? DIRTY. The bathroom was sooo gross, hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the floors, yogurt machines, etc were all filthy. We had to turn around and leave. If the customer area is this dirty, I didn't want to chance the products/potential of getting sick from poor hygiene. read more

I went there tonight (6/4/17) and was highly disappointed at how dirty and filty the place was. I have had nothing but great experiences at the Yogurt Lab downtown Minneapolis and the one in Woodbury. At those locations, very clean and toppings very nicely organized. I love Yogurt Lab because of the mochi and even though I have a Cherry Berry down the road from me, I go out of my way to get to a Yogurt Lab all for the mochi. Tonight, most of the toppings were mixed together, the syrups were done to last drops but not replaced, the dispensers were dirty. My girls and I got cups anyways and tried to enjoy some frozen yogurt. The table we sat at was sticky. When we finished, both garbages were full to the top and spoiling over, we didn't know where to put our cups. The workers were just in the back talking like they didn't care much about the place. And plus.. my younger girl had to use the bathroom, and she said it was just NASTY. Would NOT go back... please stay away if you like to eat at a sanitary place. read more
