Not very good. We frequent Yogis's across the valley since it's something that my daughter will literally inhale while eating. Not here! She didn't want to eat it. The taste, texture and physical look of the teriyaki chicken was off -- seemed more "chickeny" than usual and didn't have a nice browned color from cooking at all. I'm 3 months pregnant and have been OBSESSED with yogis grill my entire pregnancy, I eat there 2-3 times a week and this time was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered my usual avocado roll with egg rolls and a Gatorade. When I opened my avocado roll I noticed my teriyaki sauce was moving. I looked closer and I saw A STILL LIVING AND MOVINF MISQUOTE!!!!! I called the restaurant literally gagging at the site of my food and they showed ZERO empathy, ZERO concern and all they said was "we can refund you if you bring it back but you have to bring it back" almost like they were hoping I wouldn't. I'm giving it a 3-stars instead of 5 because the dine-in experience was a bit confusing lol my friend and I walked up to order and there was like 4 teens, in super plain clothes, like sweats, no work shirts or nothing... just chillin behind the counter talking. My friend and I looked at each other like huh? We figured one of them had to work there because they were behind the counter lol but they just looked at us weird lmfao so we walked back and looked at the menu while trying to figure out who was the one that was supposed to be working lol Finally, a teen/young adult male, motioned for us to walk forward so we did lol and we placed our order and waited. Our food came in about 15-20 mins later, which is long if you ask me... We ordered sushi lol I wouldn't consider it too busy, but the teens were playing around, delaying the process. The male that took our order was kind, offered to re-clean the table we were sitting at, and asked us if we needed anything, which was great. Love the food but absolutely no customer service in this place. According to my receipt the clerks name is Jessica. No "hello", no "thank you" or even "have a good day". I haven't had a bad tasting menu item. I like this place. I've bee coming here for a while. What I did notice or failed to notice until recently. And I can relate to the other reviews on here. Is the way the presentation of the register counter and it's immediate area have become very cluttered. I'll add a photo on my next trip. I must not have really payed attention to it since I'm in and out. I do carry out more often. They have added candies drinks etc. I truly believe this sets a tone subconsciously with a customer. Before we walk through the Costco isle we decided to grab a quick bite. I've eating at Yogis grill at another location. First time here and it was a great experience the restaurant was clean and organized. The cashier was nice to answer my fiancé questions, very helpful. The food was tasty and delicious I always order a regular bowl chicken/beef(spicy) with white rice. My daughter loves the California roll. I'm so upset at this location and their service. It's honestly bottom of barrel cooking. This location of yogis grill should visit many of their other locations around the valley or just shut down. It's absolutely ridiculous that the sushi rolls come without sauce or toppings and aside from that it's the only location you cannot add sauce to your liking or toppings to your liking, every other location of yogis I've been to has the sauce machines out for customers to add to their convenience, I'm sorry but this location is horrible even the food it's always dry not to mention I'm paying 16 dollars for a five slice sushi, every other location gives me at least eight slices of sushi. It's honestly a rip off. Food sucks and it's not the first time I try it, I tried it again today thinking it wouldn't be like years ago but no sadly mistaken. This franchise has slowly gone down hill, I used to love this spot back in 16-19 , times have changed and customer service is not the same. Almost feels rushed and not welcoming anymore. The food is bland and lacks flavors, ordered udon vegi noodles and the broth taste like water. The food here is delicious. This is the exact type of japanese teriyaki spot i was looking for. The chicken teriyaki is fresh and the sauce is sweet as it should be. They even have shrimp tempura. Their shrimp tempura is thick and long. Other places usually have skinny skimpy pieces, but they are generous on the portion! The sushi is fresh and yummy. I love the Dragon Roll and of course the basic California Roll- can never go wrong with that. Don't forget to get miso soup on the side. Try it out! read more

My order wasn't ready until 30mins after my pick up time. Walk-in customers would get their orders faster then the online orders. The young girl with the braids in her hair, wearing a white sweater, bagging the food, was taking her sweet ass time like the sloth from Zootopia. He is on a prep meal bc he's working towards a body competition. So he went to yogis today and order rice with chicken with no teriyaki sauce and a side of cucumbers and two sides of edamame. Pretty simple order if you ask me. Let me tell you, the chicken was dry tasted like it was recooked and the edamame had no moisture and was whittled. A little Disappointed Went to Yogis Grill to have a late lunch and meet with family and friends. Some of my lunch companions had sushi, which was just average at best, others had teppanyaki which in all honesty was soggy and lacked flavor. The other entrée's on the menu we sampled were, spring rolls, beef & chicken terakayi bowls, gyoza, udon, and all these entrée's just weren't very good. This is a one stop shop for your quick Asian food fix. Yakisoba, Teriyaki, Sushi...this place has a pretty big menu. After going here a couple of times, I could do without their sushi. They charge about the same as your average sushi bar, but you get something that's not satisfying (very bland). Unless I'm desperate and looking for tempura smothered in eel sauce I won't be trying their rolls again. For the $8 or so you'd spend on that, just get a teriyaki bowl instead. Or some of the other options. Also, there's a small assortment of Japanese snacks and drinks you'd find at the front of an Asian market (pocky, calpico, etc.) For being something that is relatively different in such a bland neck of the woods, I'll be generous and give this place 3 stars. I'll be back whenever I'm catching a movie in the plaza, and hoping this place is better than what I can find in many mall food courts. read more
