They have a variety of classes that target different goals.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As of spring of 2025, they have at least sixteen different instructors and class times ranging from 6 or 7 AM until 8 or 9 PM (almost?) every day of the week. I find the Hot, Power, and Sculpt & Flow classes to be challenging, as I usually leave dripping with sweat. Went to two hot yoga classes so far. Posture/flow sequence was formulaic (exactly the same both times although the leaders were different), but otherwise ok. Temperature was just hot enough for a nice sweat and enhanced flexibility without being too hot. 100 degrees, the teacher said. During and after I felt loose, strong, and energized, just how you want to feel. Not for beginners, need enough experience to know how to perform or modify the postures for your own body without help. There's minimal instruction in the physical discipline of yoga and really none in the mental or spiritual. Pricey for what amounts to a group exercise class, but they're located in one of the more upscale parts of Columbia, so I'm sure their rent is exorbitant. Avoid the spots in the back by the audio speakers, music a bit too loud there and hard to hear the cues. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The worst thing: Aggressive spam by text, e-mail, and phone once they have your contact info (but after I asked them to stop, they did).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm sure I'll return on occasion but it won't be my primary yoga spot. read more

I love YogaSix! I've been coming for 7 months consistently now and I love this location. I love most of the instructors - they detail the steps and movements very well which was important when I first started since I was pretty new to yoga. I love the ambience of the room as well. They also have cool damp towels for a wipe off after class as well! There is quite a variety of classes and there is truly something for everyone (beginner, intermediate, advanced; or classes with more cardio/strength based exercises). My only qualm is that the hot yoga sequence never changes. I wish they adjusted the flow here and there as it gets pretty monotonous. My friend who also goes said there was a previous instructor that would alternate some of the moves during the hot yoga classes to bring something new to the flow but he is long gone. The other downside is if you get a membership through them, they have an 8 hour cancellation policy for classes; they will charge you if you cancel after that grace period. The new rule made it less flexible to switch to another class if you couldn't make one earlier that day or if you had an emergency, you'd still get a charge. read more

I went to yoga six for 3 months. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did not like the manager at all and the prices are wildly expensive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I joined on a deal that I thought would be worth it for one month but the super fine print said it was a minimum of 3 months. Some instructors were great and others not so much. I was a big fan of Jen. I don't like that almost all of the classes use the same flow. That gets boring for me, so I attended the power classes because those were allowed to change flow. Every instructor uses their own music, so different classes have different vibes. Some classes literally used Christmas music which I wasn't a fan of. Also there were times where people came in smelling of weed so strong and the heat of the classes amplified it. It's very clean with nice bathrooms but no showers, but the locker area is cramped and awkward before and after classes. They have some classes that aren't yoga too. It's definitely more of a fitness yoga and doesn't lean into any of the spiritual angles. It's located in colorburst park which is beautiful. read more

They are a scam and need the money so bad- they won't let you leave and will charge you even after you cancel. Instructors are great- but management is terrible! I did some research and apparently their employees have had to strike in other locations because they can't pay them. They need a "Yoga for Seniors" class. Even my first "Yoga for Beginners" class was way to much and even the day later I'm hurting while trying to walk up stairs. I really felt pushed to go to another one of those classes. The very instant that I walked out of the class, the lady who (1) failed remember that customers come first (as if that was still true HA), (2) failed to remember that older people trying to start yoga have special needs, (3) failed to remember that I have feelings---she was so very pushy that I felt like I was not being given enough time to catch my breath while she was doing her sales pitch for the next class. I'm just going to do my own yoga at home which is what I learned from nice people. read more

What an experience. This was my ever first class and I truly enjoyed the workout. The location is pretty new inside of a new rental development. The studio is absolutely fabulous with clean colors and lines and plenty of mirrors. They offer everything for your session, towels, blocks, water dispenser, straps, wipes, hand sanitizer, cold towels (after workout experience, storage area locked and unlocked and mints! The instructor and hostess were very pleasant and made the experience very delightful. The check in was seamless and easy and parking is plentiful in the development area. My daughter was offered the membership options and the pricing can vary depending on the number of sessions you want to attend and how often. Yoga six has it going on! read more

I have been a member of YogaSix in Columbia for about 4 months now and it had been the perfect thing for me. I go about 3-4 times a week. I meet my longtime friend for most classes and my list of new friends keeps growing. The classes are many too choose from for all levels. The workouts are hard enough to make progress on your personal goals but not so hard you don't want to go back. The instructors are motivating and very positive so no matter what you leave feeling great and like you did the work your body needed. I am a very busy person but the YogaSix class times work for me and I make the time to go! read more

Went to class last Saturday at 6:00 pm when the class starts no one was there in the front desk reception the door was locked and I was charged a late fee on my class pass account even when I knocked on the window to see if someone could hear it I even stayed there for an extra 20 minutes before leaving no one came out and checked just absolutely nothing. I wouldn't feel safe if my personal items were in the floor lockers that's NOT locked while there's no one there or even have a camera anywhere at the front desk to safely look after them while I work out wouldn't recommend going to this place at all. Don't waste your money here. There's plenty of other wonderful places skip this one avoid the unnecessary fee and keep your items safe. read more

I first heard about YogaSix on Instagram for their grand opening. I stopped in for their free class outdoor and really loved the vibes of the studio and instructor. Decided to take them up on their free flow week to try out a few more classes. Didn't particularly love the first instructor's class I took, she seemed to be nervous and confused on the routine and thus I couldn't fully feel relaxed and in the zone. However, I decided to try again with another instructor and absolutely loved Kia's power class! I felt incredibly relaxed and even sweat more than I anticipated! Every time I visit the studio, the staff are extremely friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. I feel really welcomed every time I come. Despite the small feel of the studio, it feels very homey and I really love the atmosphere. So much so I decided to sign up for a membership despite living about 30 minutes away! The studio is also very well maintained and cleaned. The bathroom I noticed is stocked with toiletries should you need them. They have a water station that has electrolyte infused water and all the props you may need during your class in their prop room. read more

I absolutely love the instructors and the different yoga programs that are offered here. If you are looking for a change in your fast paced workout routine, by keeping the fast intact but with some rhythmic breathing and stretching, then this is the best option available out there. It has been 2 months since I joined as a member, and taken about 16 classes so far, and I find the Instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. My personal favorites are 'Sculpt and Flow', and Power', but I also thoroughly enjoyed 'TRX' and 'Slow flow'. So yes, I have already recommended these classes to my family and friends. read more

YogaSix is a decent studio but their classes on the weekends are super crowded, making it hard to really get a full stretch and enjoyable experience. I will try to get back to the studio during the week to see if it's less crowded but for the meantime I'll probably look into other studios. They were super welcoming and the instructor was great, but I was looking for a more relaxed, calming atmosphere. Like anything enjoyable in life, the great experiences I've consistently had here start with the people. I've been attending classes and events since before the studio officially opened in September 2021 and have always been impressed by their ability to keep the classes lively for the group while still feeling intimate and personalized. It's like they know exactly what I need when I'm there! I'll be a Y6 Warrior for life. I really appreciate the variety of membership packages available. The monthly subscription with unlimited access is a phenomenal value that I've taken full advantage here AND when I've traveled. Access to other studios nationwide is a real plus. read more

Last weekend was my first time at any Yoga Six location. I loved the restore class and the staff was super welcoming. It was my boyfriend's first time at a real yoga class and he loved it as well. They did not give me that "gym-timidation" (intimidation at the gym) experience. The members were also really welcoming. Only thing I didn't love was that the space was a bit tight and parking was somewhat confusing because there was a concert going on next door and because the shopping center isn't 100 % complete. read more

I've been coming to this studio for almost a year and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. I wanted to get back into yoga, but after a break for a few years, was a little nervous (also I never tried hot yoga). I started with an introductory 101 class, but quickly found myself comfortable participating in all the classes. Honestly, they make you feel so welcome and accepted, any class can be modified to fit where you are in your practice. Being physical active never felt so effortless, because it equally benefits my mental health. The set sequence of their Hot Yoga class is a wonderful way to build confidence, not to mention how lovely your skin will look after a good sweat. Cannot recommend this studio enough. read more

An amazing studio with teachers and wellness advisors. They treat everyone like family.

The Center Manager -"Helen" is rude and has no people skills. She does not greet customers even though she is the manager. She gives off a bad vibe whenever you walk in the place. Other than that the classes are just ok. read more
