The front desk is the sweetest, and the instructors are mostly great. I've had one who needed to be smoother with changes and cues, but all were knowledgable. This will not be traditional Pilates, but with a traditional reformer, which is much better than a megaformer. Heavier weights so you will feel the burn. Slow counts and movements. Lots in hands and knees. I think I miss the footwork the most from a traditional studio, but I'll go to those classes elsewhere. They have childcare, lockers, hair ties if needed. The studio is clean, often using props such as weights or a ball. Will def be going consistently to feel a burn.

It was cool and I assume great for personal training. After my "tour," Bridget set up me up right in front. "Up here" I asked? She smiled, handed me the equipment I needed and wished me good luck. I remember lying nervously awaiting the arrival of the instructor. What was I going to have to do...AND in front of the class...? Wowza! Enter Jocelyn S., whose simple stature and being was very deceiving. She was strong, flexible, and very easy to listen to. I liked the sound of her voice, and she made me feel very comfortable and strong all at the same time. Thanks to Mercy B...I was ready for this class. I loved it, and can see how I will be challenged. Definitely a good core workout and I can't wait to explore options. It's convenient, parking is easy, studio is clean, and staff is great.
