You do have to schedule your classes in advance, but like others said, you can go on the waitlist and you usually get in. Most of the instructors have been very good and easy to understand. My only complaint/concern is I am in my 60s and the studio in Oceanside has music playing in the background. My other studio solely focused on quiet time and being in touch with your body, so it was much easier to follow the instructors and concentrate on the exercise rather than trying to listen to the instructors through music playing. That is the only thing I would like to see change, perhaps if the music could be turned way down or nonexistent, at least for the reformer one classes. Other than that, everything about the studios seems clean, organized, and I hope to be a member for many years to come!

They are way more reasonable in price and flexibility than other boutique gyms I have been too. Their class schedule can get booked, but people do cancel within the last 24 hours...so the waitlist options helps. They also have options I also heard them offer an upset client to call if they have a class that was last minute wide open (which was very sweet). They also have a free intro class. Take the class and I'm sure you will be hooked.

Studio: There are 2 practice rooms with heat in both and radiate from the ceiling. There are NO fans and every class ends up being hot yoga. So if you are not up for the heat, the owner has not found a sustainable way to keep the treatment rooms a normal temperature below 90s (seriously and literally). Several complaints have been made but not yet resolved. Weights are available for sculpting classes. Sound system is good. I wish they had some singing bowls or some items for a little more classic anchor but the variety of classes are decent. I would say it's geared more towards those that are more advanced and practice several times a week. Studios are clean and tidy. Storage for your belongings are upfront with some cubbies that have locks. There is also a restroom for quick change and showering. Boutique up front, waters for purchase at $4 each. May rental at $4 each. Normal Core Power Yoga app to schedule your attendance or cancel. Online on-demand classes as well. Late cancellation Carrie's changes. Check the app. I'm glad they opened this location. We were needing a closer option in Carlsbad.

They'll send check-ins via text that are actually from then vs an automated system. It makes it so easy to reach out if needed. The instructors always make you feel comfortable and ready for the class and provide helpful feedback to improve your form or offer modifications if you have a hard time with certain moves - for me it's my wrists. My first class ever was with Ary and I love her energy and starting my day with her. Her classes really set the bar for how much I enjoyed Pilates and kept me coming back. Kristina has become a new favorite for my Sunday power hour with my husband. Her classes are intense but in the best way. I became a member and have been loving how easy it is to book classes on the app and track my class passes or previous instructors. The text reminders come in an hour before and have been so helpful in case I missed adding a class to my calendar. I highly recommend checking out BodyBar Vista! The vibe in instructor Kenny's class this morning was: here we are, let's have blast exercising together. His music was so motivating! Also taking the class with the rest of us was Judi Missett, the founder of Jazzercise- a professional dancer and hugely successful entrepreneur. Please note she was not off in some gold gilded mansion eating chocolates. She was here working her butt off and having a great time with the rest of us. In a world which today sometimes feels so unkind, it is a pleasure, and a privilege, to be a part of a program which not only is successful, but is based on taking care of oneself and supporting each other.
