If you're looking for a local hot yoga studio, this is the place for you! I got the 2 week pass to…read moretry the studio out, and made an effort to try every single class offering. I've taken hot yoga classes before through Core Power, but I've never sweat like this in my LIFE. I was drenched, my clothes soaked through, it was quite hilarious actually. I could see sweat coming through individual pores all over my body. I think I took 8 different classes with 8 different teachers and each flow was nice! There are clearly lots of regulars that attend classes. Aerial Yoga isn't heated, and it was by far my favorite class. Maybe it was the novelty of it since I had never tried Aerial Yoga before, but nonetheless, I felt like a kid and was radiating a smile the entire time. Gayle was lovely. She even took some pictures of me in poses to share with my friends and family. I ended up having a private class since no one else showed up (yay me!!!). Parking available in the shopping center. Bathrooms & showers available inside. Filtered water available too- not cold, but you don't really care after you just sweated your entire body out. The staff & teachers were kind. Some made efforts to share modifications while others let people do their own thing. Some offered to do hands on adjustments (with consent), others just taught and gave praise.

I love love the instructors and the variety of classes. I recently did an aerial class that was…read moreamazing!

I've been going here 3-4x/week for the past 2.5 months and I couldn't be more grateful to have…read morefound my new yoga home! The thing is though, it's SO MUCH MORE than just a place to do yoga. This is NOT your run of the mill gym yoga studio, where you do 10-30 poses and stretches then leave, it's a place you can go to honor and treat yourself to some dedicated self care and also become part of a very authentic supportive community if you so desire. Not only is the studio perfectly put together with attention to detail in ambiance, but they also offer all of the props and tools you may need for class. It's been a place that I've been able to find sanctuary, peace and space to have time for myself to fortify, strengthen and love on myself -- A place I can fill my own cup so that I can go back and help others in my life too. The instructors are wonderful humans and this place is so so special. With regular yin, restorative and sound baths, this yoga studio (for me) continues to be a place of healing and growth and I often leave feeling like I'm walking on a cloud! I hope it can be that for you too!

This experience was a perfect way to start with a zen morning! Being by the beach, listening to the…read moresoothing ocean waves, and practicing yoga with my besties made for a truly rejuvenating and memorable session. The instructor was great and genuinely friendly. I absolutely recommend this class for anyone looking for a unique, refreshing outdoor workout in Oceanside. Highlights: Unbeatable Atmosphere: The natural soundscape of the ocean is the best background music you could ask for. It creates immediate calm. Friendly & Effective Instructor: The instructor's positive and warm demeanor really sets a great tone for the entire session. Social Fun: A fantastic, unique way to gather and connect with friends. Important Tips for a Smoother Session: While the experience was wonderful overall, a few logistical factors specific to the beach setting are worth noting for future attendees: Beware the Sun Trap: I unfortunately picked a spot where the sun was completely beaming down on my face. It became very hot, making it difficult to maintain concentration during the poses. Be strategic about your placement! Try to find a spot that offers natural shade from trees or consider wearing a baseball cap or wide-brimmed hat that doesn't restrict movement. The instructor has a naturally soft voice, which made it difficult to hear cues from the back of the group. I often had to rely on following the person in front of me. If hearing the cues is important to you, make sure to set up your mat closer to the instructor. The session involves laying down on grass that was quite wet, and since it's a public space, you must consider hygiene (i.e., local dogs). Bring an extra, thick beach towel or a water-resistant mat, even if the instructor provides one. Comfort and peace of mind are worth the extra carry! Public Noise: Since this is held in a public area, be aware that you might have other beachgoers or campers nearby. Expect the potential for loud music or chatting to break your zen momentarily. The Verdict: Go for the experience! It's fantastic, but a little pre-planning regarding your spot, sun protection a must, and mat will make it truly five-star.
